This modern lakeside retreat is designed for families and groups who value space, privacy, and a strong connection to nature. Built on a scenic cliff directly above the lake, the house offers panoramic views through a striking glass façade and a calm, secluded setting.



With generous indoor and outdoor areas, a private sauna, and direct lake access with boat and jetty, this is a place to slow down, spend time together, and enjoy the surroundings.



The Space:

Upon entering the house, the view is immediately drawn to the large glass front overlooking the lake. A wide hallway connects the entrance area with the open-plan living space. Near the entrance, you’ll find underfloor-heated bathrooms, each equipped with a double shower.



The living area features a Samsung The Frame TV and a Sonos Arc sound system, and flows into a kitchen crafted in warm wood tones. While cooking, you look out onto sunlit rock formations and the lake. The side-by-side refrigerator includes an ice maker for chilled drinks.



The main living area spans approximately 120 sqm and is fully equipped with underfloor heating, providing a comfortable atmosphere year-round.



The bedrooms are located in the outer wings of the house, offering privacy and quiet. Each room is furnished with Scandinavian-style double beds, large artworks, oak wardrobes, comfortable reading chairs, and workspaces with private views of the landscape.



A 7-meter-wide glass façade opens onto the 160 sqm terrace, which includes a private sauna, outdoor kitchen, lounge areas, and a large dining space. Surrounded by rock, forest, and lake, the terrace becomes a natural extension of the living space. In the evening, subtle lighting and the fire bowl create a calm and atmospheric setting under the open sky.



The house accommodates up to 16 guests comfortably, and 6 of the 8 rooms have beds that can be made to two singles instead of doubles.



Guest Access:

You have exclusive access to the entire house, and it's hughe terrace.



A private forest path leads down to the lake, where your jetty and boat are located.



Parking for up to 5 cars is available directly at the house. An 11 kW Type 2 EV charger is available on-site.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in a quiet lakeside area surrounded by forest and rock formations, with very few neighboring properties. Privacy and calm are key characteristics of the area.



Please respect neighboring properties, do not enter private land, and keep a considerate distance when using the boat on the lake. The access road should be driven slowly, as wildlife and occasional local traffic may be present.



The setting is ideal for guests who enjoy nature, swimming, sauna, hiking, and quiet time outdoors.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. The house is located in a natural, secluded area and is not easily accessible by public transport.



Parking is available directly at the house. Nearby towns can be reached by car for shopping, restaurants, and services.
