The Space:

Upon entering the house, your attention is immediately drawn to the impressive glass facade. The 4-meter-wide hallway seamlessly connects the entrance area to the open living space. Right by the entrance, you’ll find underfloor-heated bathrooms, each featuring a double shower for ultimate comfort.



The living area, equipped with a The Frame TV and a Sonos Arc sound system, transitions into a kitchen crafted in elegant wood. While cooking, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sunlit rock, with the Samsung side-by-side refrigerator’s ice maker providing perfectly chilled refreshments. Spanning 120 square meters, this underfloor-heated living space offers plenty of room for relaxation and enjoyment.



The bedrooms are located in the outer wings of the house, ensuring a restful sleep in Scandinavian dream double beds. They are adorned with large Turner artworks, oak wardrobes, cozy reading chairs, and workspaces offering private panoramic views.



The highlight is the 7-meter-wide glass facade, which opens to reveal access to the 160-square-meter terrace. Here, a private sauna, an outdoor kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area await you—set amidst the natural beauty of rock, lake, and open space. The Höfats Moon fire bowl, along with countless tiny lights, creates a magical atmosphere that makes the starlit sky shine in all its glory.



Guest Access:

The whole house is at your own free disposal. There is a private path through the forest down to the lake access where your jetty and boat are waiting for you.



You will receive access to your boarding pass via sms, in which you will find suitable upsells to individualize your vacation.



You can park up to 5 cars directly in front of the house, there is an 11kw type 2 charger at your house.

Other Things to Note:

In addition to bed linen, you also have a small towel with you. If you would like extras such as large shower towels, made-up beds, boats or massages for your dream vacation, you can simply add these to your boarding pass after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We have a digital boarding pass - you will receive a link to it by sms after your booking. There you can leave your 200€ deposit and then have access to the check-in details, can add upsells, solve questions with the FAQ about the house with video or simply write to me if you need something.
