This is a brand-new one-bedroom located in the heart of Protaras. A few minutes on foot and you could be walking along the shores of the beautiful Fig Tree Bay, enjoying a wonderful meal or just relaxing on the communal pool. This apartment is fully equipped and air-conditioned to accommodate four persons comfortably. It is part of the Coralli Spa Resort offering a large pool, a kidsâ pool, and a tennis court.
A 10-minute walk along a seafront promenade will take you to Fig Tree Bay`s award-wining golden sandy beach & water sports, and the bustling Protaras strip with numerous restaurants, bars and shops.
The living room has a very comfortable 3-seater sofa which converts within seconds into a double bed and a smart 55` TV. The living room extends to the balcony where one can sit and enjoy the breath-taking views.
The bedroom is fitted with a king size bed (160x200), plenty of wardrobe space, a dressing table and mirror.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove & oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, and dishwasher. The round dining table and chairs are ideal for a cosy dining experience.
The living room and the bedroom are both air-conditioned. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Fresh linen and towels are provided. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. All of the furniture and appliances in the apartment are new.
