Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair, available on request. Welcome pack. Back garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Wood-fired hot tub for 6 (private). 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property is accessed via footpath and there is an unfenced stream in the garden..
