We enjoyed our stay at this roomy apartment in Dublin! The property is just a few blocks outside the most touristy area of Temple Bar. While the apartment is on a busy street near a fire station it was surprisingly quiet!The apartment is well equipped to make some simple meals though it lacks a coffee maker. We found some very good instant coffee at the market and used the kettle. The beds were comfortable as was the living area.Obtaining and returning the key required a walk to a hostel office that was a bit long if you are towing your bag. An electronic lock situation would be much better. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

We tried checking into our apartment and we never received any correspondence from the host. I emailed the host as we were heading over and as we arrived I tried reaching out by phone but the phone number was disconnected. I had to reach directly to VRBO and they tried to reach the host by phone and could not either. I received a message from VRBO that the host claimed to have sent me a message with the check in process. I STILL HAVE NOT received any message regarding check in that was supposedly sent to me!! I’ve sent my screenshots to VRBO as proof that I never received anything. We were left scrambling for a hotel room. It was an awesome start of our vacation stuck with my husband and 2 kids and all of our luggage in the street unable to reach the host or even check in. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!!

Scavenger Hunt for Keys
Although the instructions provided were extensive, they were not clear and did not arrive in a timely manner. They were especially detailed about keeping the parking garage fob from getting wet, but they DID NOT say where to find this fob. Turns out it wasn't with the other keys, which were especially difficult to get to during heavy evening traffic, but instead was inside the property. If I had been walking it might not have been as difficult to pick up and drop off the keys, but with a car it was hugely inconvenient to navigate the traffic.
