Brand new waterfront Studio apartment/Duplex in stunning Casuarina Point. It is situated at the entrance of the canal only 300m to a stunning beach and some of the best bonefish flats on Abaco, whether you want to just walk the flats right outside the property or hire our boat and venture only minutes to more stunning flats on Duck Quay and Point of Spit. Casuarina Beach is simply beautiful and at low tide you can venture out onto the sandbank and look for starfish and sand dollars, beachcombing is also a favourite of our guests. If you are lucky you can see the Rays leaping out of the water, our resident Manatee and of course an abundance of turtles. You can also explore the area on our two Kayaks for your use. The Studio has a king size bed which can be split into two singles, 65" TV with Amazon firestick, Netflix etc. A small but well appointed kitchenette with everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, combination Microwave/Convection/Air fryer, 2 ring induction hob, fridge/freezer and cutlery, crockery utensils etc. We also provide, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Dish Soap. There is a patio outside with a BBQ. The Bathroom consists of a large walk in shower, vanity unit and toilet. Towels, toilet paper and soap is provided. Casuarina is a small, quiet but friendly neighbourhood, if you want to venture further, Pete's pub is a must and only twenty minutes drive away or have a lovely lunch or dinner at the Sandpiper Inn at Schooner Bay only 10 minutes drive. A little further south is Sandy Point where you can see a stunning sunset at Nancy's beach restaurant or the Sunset Bar and Grill. Marsh Harbour is the Capital, twenty minutes drive where you can find everything you want, shops, grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants etc. Whether you are looking for a week away or just a couple of days of relaxation or great fly fishing we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
