Rowan Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with AGA cooker, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, dining table, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite walk-in shower, and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, an enclosed, rear lawn, plus off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking.
