Bournecoast is delighted to present this desirable terraced house, ideally situated in the heart of Westbourne Village. The property features two bedrooms, allocated parking and offers the added security of a gated entrance. Westbourne Village is a highly sought-after holiday spot, known for its vibrant bars, charming bistros and unique boutiques. Additionally, the award-winning sandy beaches of Alum Chine are just a 15 minute walk or short drive away.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This property has two bedrooms, one of which is the Master Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed. The second bedroom is a Single Bedroom.
There is a well furnished lounge/diner which includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
The house has a separate modern kitchen which is equipped with a RANGE COOKER - WASHER/DRYER - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER.
On the first floor is a modern shower room with a toilet.
