The Space:
A. Living, Dining & Kitchen:
- Open-plan layout with two comfortable sofas, a 55â OLED 4K SmartTV, and a marble dining table for six.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machineâperfect for self-catering.
- Professional-grade 2-in-1 dehumidifier and medical-grade HEPA H13 air purifier that removes pet dander and odours, filters allergens, combats damp, and maintains fresh, healthy air throughout your stay.
B. Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Defaults to twin beds but can be combined into a super king bed upon request. Includes a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2: Defaults to twin beds but can be combined into a super king bed upon request.
- Bedroom 3: Furnished with a comfortable double bed.
A second, main bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway for shared use by guests. It includes a full bath with an overhead shower, providing flexibility for all guests.
C. Outdoor Patio:
- Private, enclosed pebbled patio with seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

We offer two free parking spaces: one compact driveway space best suited for a smaller vehicle, and a convenient on-street space directly in front of the bungalow ideal for a larger vehicle or van.

- Pet Policy: We welcome one well-behaved dog under 40 lbs per stay. No other pets are allowed. Please refer to our house rules for more details and guidelines to ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay for you and your furry friend.
- Late Check-out / Early Check-in: Available upon request and subject to availability.
