Summary:
Light-filled four-bedroom Victorian family home in Queenâs Park, one of Londonâs most coveted village neighbourhoods. Thoughtfully renovated for contemporary living while retaining period character, it offers ample space across three floors and access to London's best restaurants & amenities.
The Space:
The ground floor centres on a generous open plan deVOL kitchen, with skylight, dining area and full-width glazed doors to the private garden.
The kitchen has an island with stone worktops, an instant hot tap, quality appliances and a family-sized table.
Large separate sitting TV area, in winter the house is warm and cosy, a calm base after Christmas shopping or West End shows.
Upstairs, the principal suite has a super king bed en suite shower room; the loft bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom.
The first floor also has a bedroom with a double bed, and a flexible fourth bedroom with a study and a day bed that can be set as a single or double. In total, there are four bathrooms, two en suite.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and garden.
