Recently remodelled to create a stylish yet cosy environment, with a luxurious velvet sofa and snug love seat. The three bedrooms have a super king bed (which can be split into two single beds), a king bed, and two single beds which are custom-made cabin beds. The modern and stylish dining room is next to the fully equipped modern kitchen. Fantastic location!
The Space:
This magnificent three-bedroom house has a contemporary design throughout, a private terrace and is just a few steps from the beach! There are a number of local restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
An easy one-minute stroll takes you to the beach from this stunning property. The Kemptown area of Brighton is just a few minutes' stroll away, and the city centre is just a few minutes' walk away for more shopping and cultural attractions. The city's best attractions are all within walking distance of this beautiful home.
The house has just undergone a complete makeover, from top to bottom, including new flooring, paint, and furniture. The attention to detail throughout the house is fantastic and creates a luxurious feel, from the navy blue kitchen with gold handles and contemporary tiles to the marble effect floor in the dining room.
Featuring a full range of cookware, dishes, cutlery and glassware, the kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up a tasty meal for friends or family. Additionally, there is a microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the home. Eight people can be seated at the dining table and chairs in the contemporary dining room.
This open-concept living room has a large velvet sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed) and a lovely velvet love seat. Alternatively, you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the private terrace while watching the Smart TV.
An ultra-modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, twin sinks, and a WC can be found on the second floor. Another toilet is located right next to this one.
In the master bedroom you will find a King-sized bed, dressing table; and wardrobe. Relax and enjoy a good night's sleep in this room thanks to the reading lights, wall panelling, and shutters on the window.
Using clever cabin beds, the second bedroom can accommodate two single beds. If you're looking for somewhere to stay that's both cosy and unique, then this is the room for you.
Finally, there's a room with a king-sized bed that can be divided into two twins (please request this in advance of your stay). In terms of storage, there's plenty of room thanks to the prominent clothes rail and the shelf above it.
The polished cement steps and the combination of wooden and tiled floors give it a contemporary look.
All of Brighton's best attractions are within easy walking distance from the Brighton Dome and i360 aparthotel. This is a fantastic location for both business travellers and tourists alike.

The Neighborhood:
Brighton's Kemptown neighbourhood has a wonderful sense of belonging. With a diverse selection of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and boutiques, this area of Brighton has always been lively. Taking a walk along the main street, stopping for a cup of coffee, perusing a book or antiques shop, and then heading down to the beach is a fantastic way to spend a day. The Brighton Pier is only a few hundred yards away.
If you want to be within walking distance of the city centre and the beach, this is an excellent position. Everything in Brighton's centre, from shopping to dining to the pier to museums to the i360 is within walking distance, including the city's most popular attractions.
Brighton, nestled on England’s picturesque south coast, is famed for its vibrant mix of seaside charm and cultural diversity. The city’s iconic Brighton Palace Pier is a focal point, offering classic amusements, rides, and lively entertainment. Along the scenic shoreline, Brighton Beach buzzes with activity, lined with colourful beach huts and ideal for sunbathing, paddling, or sampling the local fish and chips. The historic Royal Pavilion stands out with its exotic, Indian-inspired architecture, reflecting the city’s rich history and royal heritage. Around it, the Pavilion Gardens provide a peaceful haven in the heart of the city.
Brighton’s shopping scene is renowned, especially in the North Laine and The Lanes. The North Laine boasts an eclectic mix of independent shops, vintage boutiques, and vibrant street art, while The Lanes, with their charming narrow alleys, are filled with jewellers, cozy cafes, and upscale dining spots. The city is also known for its diverse and innovative food scene, which ranges from plant-based and sustainable eateries to international cuisines and farmers' markets.
The nightlife in Brighton is legendary, featuring everything from traditional pubs and trendy cocktail bars to nightclubs and live music venues. Cultural events like the Brighton Festival, Brighton Fringe, and the famous Brighton Pride parade celebrate the city’s creative and inclusive spirit. The city’s embrace of the arts and LGBTQ+ community has made it a symbol of progressive and open-minded living.
Surrounded by the South Downs National Park, Brighton offers the perfect balance of bustling city life and nature’s tranquillity, making it a beloved destination for travellers seeking culture, relaxation, and adventure.
Getting Around:
Brighton is well-connected and accessible, making travel to and around the city straightforward, whether by train, coach, or car. For those travelling from London, regular train services run from London Victoria, London Bridge, and St Pancras International, reaching Brighton in just around an hour. The city is also conveniently close to Gatwick Airport, just a 30-minute train journey, while Heathrow Airport can be reached by coach or a combination of rail and coach services.
If travelling by coach, National Express provides routes from London, Heathrow, and other major UK cities, arriving at Pool Valley Coach Station near the city centre and seafront. For those driving, Brighton is accessible via the A23, which links directly to London and the M25, while the A27 connects Brighton to other coastal towns. Parking in the city centre can be challenging, so using Park & Ride services or parking in larger car parks on the outskirts is often a better option.
Once in Brighton, navigating without a car is simple. Brighton & Hove Buses operate a comprehensive bus network, serving not only the city but also surrounding areas, with day tickets and contactless payment available for added convenience. The city’s compact nature makes walking an excellent way to explore, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within easy distance of each other.
Cycling is another popular option, with dedicated cycle lanes and the BTN BikeShare scheme, which allows you to hire bikes from docking stations across the city and along the seafront. For longer journeys or evening outings, taxis and rideshare services are widely available and provide a convenient mode of transport.
For those wishing to explore beyond the city, public transport can take you to the scenic South Downs National Park and surrounding countryside. Whether you choose to walk, cycle, or use public transport, Brighton’s size and excellent connectivity make it easy to discover and enjoy everything this lively coastal city has to offer.
