This spacious two-story apartment offers comfort and convenience in a quiet central location. On the first floor, you’ll find a welcoming living area complete with a large TV, a sofa that converts into a bed, a dedicated workspace, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs on the second floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and ample closet space, plus an additional bathroom featuring a shower, bathtub, and toilet. The apartment is equipped with electric heaters (individually controlled) and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Despite its central location, the apartment is situated on a peaceful street, ensuring a quiet stay.

Guest Access:
The entire apartment is private. There are 2 more apartments in the building so we kindly ask you to be respectful when walking up and to always close the building door behind you.

The Goodge Street Station, Warren Street and Tottenham Court Road are just a few steps away which makes it super easy to move around London and reach the property quickly. In Fitzrovia you will find many amazing restaurants and bars as well as reach Oxford Street for shopping in just a few minutes by walking.

Getting Around:
There is only pay and display in the area. I suggest to book a spot on JustPark as London’s parking situation is a hassle. You can mostly get around by walking as the location of this flat is extremely central. But also public transportation is just a few minutes away, so you can be anywhere in Central London in 10/15 minutes.
