There was no listing of emergency services in the event that we would have needed them.
Not sure if the renter or the client provides toilet paper and trash bags. We purchased.
Front door code often did not work unless we punched it in 8-12 times. Quite frustrating!
Would have been helpful to know what there were instructions for the heaters and TV in the cabinet below the TV.
When we entered the house, the temperature was 11 degrees. We did not know that we could hit the button on the heaters five times to get three hours of heat and suffered through our first 24 hours, we kept hitting the button one time and getting 15 minutes after 15 minutes of heat which did little but keep the apartment from 11-14 degrees which was brutally cold.
Toilet paper holder was put on the wall upside down so the roll kept sliding off onto the floor.
Having the be aware every three hours of having to go to each of the 3 heaters and turn them on for another 3 hours was VERY bothersome.
Not knowing what to do with the trash and recyclables was frustrating.
