We are proud to present this spacious 2 bedroom flat ideally located near Edgware Road Station and Paddington Station. This flat accommodates up to 7 people!

The flat is newly decorated and has been finished to a high standard. The flat benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom consists of 1 double bed and 1 single bed with en-suite. The second bedroom benefits from 1 double bed. The open-plan living room consists of 2 double sofa beds.
The family bathroom consists of a bath, shower, and toilet. The flat also contains cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, utensils, a kettle, a toaster, an electric cooker, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing table.

The flat is located on the 5th floor of the building.
The flat benefits from the communal use of the building lift.

We provide towels and linen. Please note that you must provide your toiletries and adapters.
Guest access
Check-in is via our check-in agent. Please note that once the booking has been confirmed 2 days before arrival we will be sending you the check-in instructions which contains the contact number for the check in agent.

Please do note the following information:

Check in is from 3pm- 8pm.

Any late check-in between 8pm-10pm there will be a late check-in fee of 50GBP which will need to be paid in cash to the late check-in agent. or any late check-in between 10pm-onwards there will be late check-in fee of 100GBP which will need to be paid in cash with the agent.

If you know that you will be checking in much later than our check in time please do let us know so the following arrangements can be made.
Other things to note
For any keys forgotten inside the i.e. lockout flat from 6 pm and onwards there will be a 40GBP call-out charge. This fee will need to be in cash.

Please note that for any lost keys there will be a charge of 200GBP. This fee will need to be in cash.
The property is ideally situated near Edgware Road Station, Paddington Station and local supermarkets such as Sainsbury, Tesco and Marks & Spencer.
