Spacious, modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom first floor apartment right on the seafront in the old fishing village of Broughty Ferry near Dundee - the city of Captain Scott's ship, the Discovery and the V&A Museum. South facing balcony with uninterrupted views of the River Tay, Broughty Ferry Castle and the harbour. Sit on the balcony and watch jet skis, kayaks, yachts and passing ships or try to spot dolphins near the castle. A long sandy beach and children's play park are within a 5 minute walk. New coastal walk and cycle way which can be joined right outside to Dundee or Monifieth. Or take a train to Dundee in 8 mins from the local station -a 5 minute walk away.
A wide variety of individually owned gift shops, art galleries, boutiques, cafes and restaurants are almost on the doorstep - Visocchi's locally renowned ice cream being one of them! Close to many golf courses, including the famous Open courses at St Andrews and Carnoustie.

Private parking space close to video entry phone maindoor and stair and lift/elevator access direct to apartment. South facing lounge/diner catering for 6 people with French doors to a Juliet balcony. The well equipped kitchen with washing machine/tumble dryer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer has sliding glass doors which open to the lounge/diner so that the views and sunshine can be enjoyed even when preparing food.

Multichannel TV, Video player, DVD and WIFi internet available. Centrally heated throughout with radiators in each room and unlimited hot water from a Combi boiler. There is an outside clothes dryer next to the carpark and an inside dryer, iron, ironing board and 2 hairdryers available. A variety of family games, videos and DVDs are provided. There is ample hanging and drawer storage in built-in wardrobes in each bedroom.

FIRST CLASS APARTMENT

This is an excellent apartment in a superb location overlooking the sea. A few minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants.

The property could have been cleaner, dusty surfaces and windows, bath sealant and shower curtain.A property that sleeps six inadequately equipped ie 2slice toaster, 4 dining chairs.Otherwise, a super location and local facilities very convenient.

A Perfect Location

All three of us thought the location was fabulous with glorious views of the Tay. The balcony was more spacious than the photographs suggested and we had added bonus of sunny weather. It was lovely to sit with our wine and enjoy the world going by.The layout of the flat was ideal and my 90 year old mother was delighted with the ensuite, her balcony and the glorious vista. She said it was the very best self catering accommodation she had ever stayed at in Scotland!We were so handy for lunch at The Braw Tea and evening meals at The Ship Inn and Sol y Sombre.We hope to return.Anne, thank you so much for giving us wonderful memories.

This is an apartment used by the owners family and rented for short term lets for holidays. It has a Short Term Let License ( License number DD00146F) from Dundee Council. We love visiting as it always feels like a holiday next to the sea with walks along the coastal path and the many beaches in the area.
