Real Escapes Properties est heureuse d'offrir cette nouvelle salle de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bains St. Chalet Simons Island situé dans le lotissement Kings Terrace et situé sur un grand terrain de 0,33 hectare. Sammy's Place possède une grande terrasse arrière idéale pour siroter un cocktail en après-midi tout en admirant les magnifiques chênes surplombants.

Le salon joliment meublé dispose d’un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 48 pouces et de nombreux sièges pour vous et votre famille! La chambre principale et la chambre d'amis disposent chacune d'une télévision intelligente à écran plat de 32 ".

Sammy's Place Cottage est très bien situé: à environ 800 mètres du village principal et à moins de 3 km des plages! Emplacement idéal pour parcourir les nombreux kilomètres de pistes cyclables qui vous attendent.

St. Simons Pet Friendly Cottage

Very quaint cottage with close proximity to beaches, restaurants & shops! Perfect size for couple. Our two dogs felt right at home with the huge back yard!

St. Simon's vaca

We are planning to move to the island as our primary residence. It was our 2nd time on island since May. Thanks so much to Property Mgr for allowing us an early checkin because we moved from another rental on the same day

Sweet, older beach house with lots of charm! I prefer older homes than newer construction.

Great Location Cute Bungalow

Half a mile walk to shops and restaurants. Cute and clean bungalow. Short drive to beaches. Dog friendly. Big yard. Quiet street. Airport was no bother. My only critique is I wish they used keyless entry. Picking up and dropping off the key was kinda a pain hailing our RV. Most places use a code to enter properties.

Perfect little nook

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little cottage nestled into a wooded neighborhood was perfect for what I needed to do for the week. Convenient to the pier. Was able to make it like home for a week of a combination of work and fun. Everything was comfortable, and although there are neighbors, it still felt like there was plenty of space (nice back porch and backyard). It is very close to the airport, which might bother some folks, but the noise was only sporadic and as a former military member, it didn't bother me. Really enjoyed my stay, and as always, Real Escapes did a fantastic job with all of the administrative communications to make check in and check out very easy.

We're getting married in SSI in December and this was the perfect location to get around everywhere quickly, and a comfortable home to come back to after days of meetings and decision making. It was dog friendly and our pups loved getting to explore the island with us. Thanks!

Perfect

We had such a great time in St Simons. The house was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Communication was prompt and polite, and the check in/out process was very easy. We would go back and I don’t say that about everywhere I stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at Sammy's Cottage last week. We just had a few nit picking things happen. Like our first evening there the smoke detector starting going off in our bedroom atpund 1am scared us out of our sleep. We hadn't used the microwave, stove or anything that evening also. Second, the water pressure is the bathroom shower was alittle slow. Sometimes I felt like all the soap wasn't getting out of my hair. Lastly, the bee's nest under the front porch awning. Not a problem it's nature I was just worried being allergic. Other than those few little things we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great little cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect for the two of us and our 2 pets. It is very nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is convenient - a short drive to town or to beaches. Although it is near the general aviation airport on St. Simons, most takeoffs and landings take place in the day. We never heard any during the night.

Went they Real Escape Properties. Great group of people. House was so cute. Huge backyard. We sat on the back porch and drank sweet tea watched the sun set House was clean and so comfortable Great for small family or 3 or 4 people. Close to everything on the island Will stay again

La perfection

Chalet parfait pour 10 personnes. Toutes les commodités sont là . Rien ne manque , c’est comme si on était chez soi. La situation du chalet est parfaite , à 7-8 minutes des pistes en voiture , village super sympa, une expérience que l’on revivra certainement.
