Villa Sancta Lucia is located on the picturesque island of Babac, the only inhabited island in an archipelago of 16 islands between Biograd na Moru and Pašman. This small paradise, just 750 meters from the mainland and the town of Turanj, is the perfect place to escape from everyday life. Surrounded by crystal-clear waters, Babac offers complete peace and tranquility, while all the amenities and activities offered by Biograd, Zadar, and the nearby islands are within easy reach.

Villa Sancta Lucia, built in 2022, combines luxury and comfort with its modern style. With 207 m² of interior space and thoughtfully designed details, the villa can accommodate up to eight people, providing them with total comfort. Every room in the villa offers a beautiful sea view, while the four elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensure privacy and peace. The spacious living room is equipped with a PlayStation 5, Netflix, Marshall Bluetooth stereo system, iMac computer, and fast Wi-Fi, providing the perfect combination of technology and relaxation.

The exterior of the villa is equally impressive. The large 220 m² rooftop terrace features an outdoor fireplace, a gas grill, a dining table, and a fitness area. The heated pool with massage functions, surrounded by sunbeds, is perfect for relaxing in the sun and fresh sea air. Along with the perfectly designed space, the villa also offers additional amenities such as a washing machine, children's equipment, and ideal conditions for families with small children.

The uniqueness of staying at Villa Sancta Lucia lies in the possibilities provided by Babac Island and the hosts. Upon arrival in Turanj, where parking is available right by the sea, the host will transport you to the island in a small boat in just 30 seconds, starting your unforgettable adventure. Guests have access to a smaller boat for exploring the surroundings, either independently with permission or with the help of the host. There is also the option to rent the larger Merry Fisher 795 boat at a special price for full-day trips to nearby islands such as Galešnjak, Pašman, and Komornik, where you can discover all the beauties of this unique archipelago.

In addition, you have a Quad available for exploring the mainland and a SUP for unlimited enjoyment on the water. Whether you prefer peace and quiet or active exploration, Villa Sancta Lucia offers the perfect balance. There is no traffic on Babac Island, just nature and relaxation, while from the mainland, you can easily head out to explore local landmarks, restaurants, and cities like Zadar and Biograd.
