A house and a garden
This wonderful 3-floor villa with a sea view is located in the city of Cavtat. The villa itself has a living space of 450 square meters and is surrounded by a beautiful lively garden with fruit trees and rose bushes. There are two spacious covered terraces on the ground floor, one of which is equipped with a barbecue area. The swimming pool & the sunbathing area are located in the garden.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms in the main area of the house, each with a bathroom, a balcony, and a sea view. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and is equipped with a large terrace, a bathroom and a balcony. Next to the master bedroom there is a gym, also with a spacious terrace and a captivating view of the Old Town of Cavtat, the bay area and the sea. Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning, 43" Samsung Smart TV, a safe and a hairdryer.
Living room
On the ground floor there is a living room with a 55" Samsung 4K Smart TV, a fireplace, a guest toilet and an access to the terrace and the barbecue area.
Kitchen areas
There are three kitchen areas in the house: the main one on the ground floor, the smaller one next to the master bedroom and another one in the apartment building. Each of them has a fridge, a Nespresso coffee-machine, also the main kitchen and the apartment kitchen both have dishwasher machines.
