Waking up to these spectacular panoramic views every morning is amazing !

The Villa is a detached five bedroom , five bathroom ,with a games room ( with a double sofa bed , ideal for children) It comfortably sleeps 10 , with the option for the double sofa bed to be used by children in the Games Room . It has its own private pool overlooking the most beautiful Marigot Bay with its Marina.

The architect who designed ‘Villa Bo Lanme’ which means ‘ home by the sea ‘ in Creole, ensured almost every room in the property overlooks the fabulous views.

The property enjoys year round cool breezes, but on still days , there are ceiling fans throughout , air conditioning in all the bedrooms and mosquito screens on every window . Opening the windows with screens on allow the breezes to come through the house , but without the bugs.

There is a vast open plan living area , with a smart Tv for you to enjoy .The Villa has cool marble floors throughout ,including an exceptionally well equipped kitchen , dinning and sitting areas.

There are 5 spacious double bedrooms, 4 en-suite with raindance showers and a separate bathroom serves the 5th double bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the games room, which is suitable for children .swimmers have the benefit of a shower room outside by the pool .

The games room will be a hit with the young at heart , playing table tennis and table football, whilst the less energetic can enjoy the outdoor living experience around the pool.
Also within the games room is a designated work space ,( should a guest require to catch up on work , whilst on vacation !)

The peaceful veranda is wonderful to sit out for breakfast or an evening meal , with spectacular sunsets and the upstairs bedrooms have access to an upper veranda to sit and watch the bay .

During your stay , have a wander around the local marina , arranging scuba driving , fishing , sailing, whale watching ,or taking a water taxi trip. Marigot Bay has wonderful Local restaurants and having happy hour drinks is super relaxing .

Car hire is recommended or taxis can be taken . We can arrange collection from the airport and activities whilst you are on the island . Please request this at the point of booking to aid us in organising this on your behalf .
There is a wealth of activities and places to see all over the island, whilst you are staying in St Lucia, please feel free to ask Pauline and Cornelius , our amazing property managers for help in organising these.

Villa Bo Lanme is ideal for honeymooners, couples ,wanting privacy or family groups / reunions or friends wishing to holiday together.
We stayed in the villa as a couple and then as a family group before purchasing the property from the owner who had it built for his family .

Family Vacation

This is a great property with a great location. All food at restaurants in Marigot Bay were outstanding.Roads up to house are in need of repair.View and pool were great. All bedrooms had AC but all other areas lacked AC. Good breeze through house but AC would be nice.Overall a 5 star !!

Spectacular Views

The views are amazing. From every room. You can see both the bay and the ocean. Watching the boats come in and out of Marigot Bay was entertainment in and of itself. The villa itself is huge, with high ceilings and lots of open space. The bedrooms are very nice. And the kitchen was well supplied. Plenty of room for two families (9 total). The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos - lots of fun for the kids. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.

Another great stay!

It was our 2nd stay at the villa, and we had a great time again. The view of Marigot Bay is amazing.The villa is well equipped and there’s a covered terrace to stay in the shade or out of the rain showers. I really liked the insect screens so you can have the windows open, to let the breeze in, without worrying about mosquitos. We enjoyed playing table tennis as well.The Villa @ Marigot Bay restaurant is conveniently located a short walk away, and they will bring you back in a golf buggy, if you don’t fancy the uphill walk! Or a little further, but still walkable, is Marigot Bay itself, with its restaurants, but a longer uphill walk coming back!

This is our favorite place to stay in Marigot Bay! The most beautiful views and a beautiful home! The decks span the length of the home perched above Marigot bay it is so tranquil and beautiful! We come back every year!

Fantastic Eight days in paradise

Six of us stayed at the villa. It was everything and more! The pictures don’t do it justice. The living room dining room area is very expansive with views of the private pool, Marigot Bay and the Caribbean. The kitchen is very large with pretty much everything you can imagine. The outdoor living area is quite , with plenty of room to stretch out and a beautiful salt pool to go for a refreshing swim. Helen, the new owner, was a treat to deal with. She put us in touch with Pauline and her husband Cornelius, who manage the property locally. They arranged for private transfer at the airport to the house which was great to have after a five hour flight. Moses, our driver was there with a sign and had us off to the villa. On arrival at the villa, Pauline greeted us and toured us around the house, giving us the details on our stay. She was available at anytime via WhatsApp. As an example, Sunday evening at round 8pm we suddenly had no water in the house. We checked the pump room by the pool and the water line into the house had failed. We called Pauline and Cornelius was at the house in 20 minutes and had it fixed that night! We didn’t tour around much as the location felt too good to leave! It was fun to watch the comings and goings of the yachts and sailboats. It truly was a fantastic trip in an amazing villa.

Amazing!

Villa Bo Lanme is a spectacular destination. Every moment was perfect. The Villa is beautiful, clean, well furnished and stocked with all you can imagine. The porch overlooks Marigot Bay and the view is unbelievable. The gardens are gorgeous, we could walk to restaurants, a beach to snorkel, and to the marina to catch a water taxi. Most importantly, Pauline, Cornelius and Lance are incredibly attentive and kind and available every time we reached out. I can’t think of anything we needed or would have done differently. We can’t wait to visit again

Ladies getaway

Four lifelong friends stayed at Villa Bo Lanme to celebrate our milestone birthdays. We were in awe of the breathtaking views of the bay from the Villa. The Villa itself is very large, clean and very well appointed. The owner Chris is very thorough in his communication and he provides excellent information about the island and activities available. The pictures do not do it justice!. An incredible vacation from start to finish. Highly recommended!.

As pictured PLUS!

Villa Bo Lanme is just as pictured, but the amazing view is just hard to appreciate from the pictures. All day entertainment watching the boats from, tiny to HUGE, come and go from Marigot Bay. Pauline and Cornelius responded very quickly to any questions. The house was great, just as pictured, and the pool is very large and could accommodate a lot of people. Much larger than oters we saw in the area.. Five stars!

Amazing Villa

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was clean comfortable and HUGE! We had absolutely everything we needed-even a couple of beach chairs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat-Pauline and Cornelius were awesome, and Chris, the owner, had tons of great information and tips that he shared with us before travel. Our vacation to St. Lucia was one for the memory books, in no small part to our home away from home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Breathetaking

This has to be hands down the best villa on the entire island. High ceiling, spacious, and very clean. The view is a million dollar view that is unbeatable anywhere else. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I’d definitely recommend that if your going to visit St. Lucia to stay in this villa.

Spacious villa with lovely views

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bo Lanme. The views over the bay are fantastic, the villa is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, and we enjoyed playing table tennis in the games room. It's the first place in the Caribbean we have been to and not needed the air conditioning on, which was really nice. All we had to do was open the windows and let the breeze waft through the screening, which stops the mossies coming in. Chris was extremely helpful and informative before our stay, and Pauline and Cornelius were great during our stay. We went on a private sunset cruise with Cornelius in his boat, which was very enjoyable. All in all we would highly recommend the villa.

Fabulous Villa with stunning views of Marigot Bay

The pictures do not do this property enough justice. A beautiful home overlooking Marigot Bay. 5 bedrooms each with their own on suite, great shared spaces, a beautiful patio that runs the back of the house overlooking Marigot Bay, and a fantastic pool. We stayed for a week over the 4th of July and enjoyed every minute. The owners provide a phenomenal amount of information on the house, Marigot Bay, and Saint Lucia before arrival. In addition, they maintain a great staff that assist in your stay (a house manager, optional cook, and an optional driver). Will rent this villa again in the future.

Pristine Property - Trip of a Lifetime

I always like to stay in a private residence versus a hotel as the privacy is something I really enjoy. This was by far the best I have ever stayed in. Everything about this home is impeccable. There was not a spot of dust anywhere (and this is a very large home), they had every cooking utensil you would ever need, top of the line appliances, and the finishes in the home are top of the line. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into designing this home. They have porches on 3 sides and no matter where you sit, there is a breathtaking view. Myself and one other person stayed here and while there of course was enough room, I think with 12 others we wouldn't be on top of each other. The pool was very clean and large to accommodate a large party also. There is also enough seating not only inside, but also outside to handle 12 or more so everyone can be together. There are 3 very large suites and en suite bathrooms that are very roomy and very well done. In addition, there are 2 additional bedrooms that are also a nice size. Chris is very responsive to any questions and makes sure that you have all the information you would ever need. We were a little weary of renting a car, but he assured us it wasn't as bad as it sounds to drive there. It took a little while getting used to driving on the other side of the road, but very glad we ended up renting a car. We got to see a lot of the island that we otherwise wouldn't have seen and got to meet a lot of the local residents. Also, while you are there, you will have support from individuals that live there that are happy to answer any questions. I look forward to returning with my family in the next year.

Great unit in a great condo

We spent the first week in October in Alain's unit, and we had a fantastic time. Alain was the perfect host- friendly, available when needed, and a great communicator. The unit was clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. We loved seeing the ocean from our balcony, and we ate our lunch there every day during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the Fort Walton/Destin area.

Paradise Found - and it's at Bay View Villa

Chris : I just wanted to send you a quick e_mail to say thank you for all that you, Pauline, Cornelius and Moses did to make our week an absolutely amazing one! The Bay View Villa was just spectacular and we loved the way that we could detach from everything or go on sightseeing visits. We spent a day with Cornelius and that was without question the best day of the vacation - it was very fairly priced and we went at our own pace. There literally was nothing that we did not enjoy about the week. Everything met or exceeded our expectations and I believe your attention to detail, information and support made it truly a memorable week for my entire family. My wife is already actively planning when we will be able to return, which we undoubtedly will do.

Best Property on the Island

I want to start out this review by simply saying that you will not find a more amazing view, or house, on the island. After looking at some pictures and reading reviews for homes on St Lucia, I immediately contacted the owner of this house, Chris. Despite the fact that he is based in the UK and I am in the US, he could not have been more responsive from our very first conversation. Once we booked the house, Chris sent me information on the house, the island, what to do/where to go and some suggestions for when you arrive. I cannot stress how nice this was since it was an island I had never been to. One of the suggestions that Chris gave was that when you arrive at the airport, to have his property managers Pauline and Cornelius, coordinate a taxi to pick you up and take you to the house. They also would have a rental car dropped off at Bay View Villa the next day. Please, please take them up on it. It does not cost much more (if any) than an extra day of rental car fees. Plus, you don’t run the risk of getting lost like we did. Despite the fact that there is only one main road on the island, there are very few street signs, and even with a map, it can be hard to miss the turn off for Marigot Bay. After we eventually found the house, Pauline and Cornelius were there waiting for us. They are the most welcoming, wonderful people. We could not believe the house that we walked in to. It was huge, clean, lovely, and had a wrap-around porch that I believe has the best view of Marigot Bay out there. The next day we all woke up in what we thought was heaven. It was sunny, the view of the ocean to the bay was incredible, and we were able to relax and read by the pool our first morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, dish, pot/pan that you could need so we cooked most of our meals in. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all beautifully done, have lots of natural light and are very spacious. Despite a few hiccups with the house that could not have been avoided, we had the most incredible experience. And even with those hiccups, Pauline handled everything beautifully and was so quick to respond. In short, book this house. It includes an owner that is very informative and cares very much about the house, wonderful property managers that can fix/handle anything, and the best view out there. You will not find a more complete and wonderful experience.

Best View on the Island!

After what should have been a romantic trip for 2 blossomed into a family trip of 6, we found this absolutely breathtaking property in Marigot Bay. Typical ocean views have NOTHING on Bay View Villa. Watching the sailboats and catamarans serenely cruise in and out of the bay and still being able to view the ocean from both sides of the house - you could just lose yourself in the view all day, every day. The property itself was wonderful - the floorplan was perfect for both kids and adults to have together time or quiet time. The kitchen was well-appointed, the bathrooms were gorgeous, and the game room was a huge hit for the kiddos. The pool was delightful - just the perfect temperature and depth. And for those with younger kids, the railings all the way around the pool deck and porches definitely gave me a sense of security up on that ridgeline. Outside of the house, we enjoyed Marigot Bay restaurants: Doolittle's and Chateau Mygo, plus some homemade ice cream and sherbet to die for. Groceries were easy, both in the small shop in Marigot Bay and the Super J in Cul de Sac. We also did a private day sail with Oasis Sail and their fantastic crew down to Soufriere and the Pitons. Lucian Style helped us schedule segway and horseback riding tours in Castries and Cap Estate. And Rainforest Adventures offered thrilling zip lines and aerial tram (sky ride) through the rainforest. St Lucia was a bucket list vacation for us, and it didn't disappoint. We would absolutely recommend this property again and again!

Nice but not again

We love love Emerald Isle but after informing this owner that there would be 6 in our condo, the day prior to leaving he charged us 10. Per day per person! Turned out to be over 350. We have NEVER EVER BEEN DONE THIS WAY BY ANY OTHER OWNERS in 10 years of vacation at EI! That I had to pay so our vacation was not jacked up! Also the beds were hard as rocks. I slept her only the whole week. There was enough sand in the spare bedroom under the bed to have a sand box! There were no kitchen linens.i had to call to get the owner to take care of that. Just not my favorite condo!

An amazing way to experience St. Lucia

Nothing has been overlooked by the owners of this beautiful property. My husband and I spent a fantastic week here with our five sons, and our niece and nephew. There was plenty of room for us all and a host of activities to keep everyone happy. The house has everything you could possibly need and Chris sends along so many ideas of things to do that it makes planning very easy. The highlight of the trip for us was the day we spent on Cornelius' boat at the beginning of the week. There was room for all nine of us and his knowledge of the island was interesting and helpful as we planned how to spend the rest of out time in St. Lucia. He took us to Sugar Beach where we went snorkeling and had amazing views of the Pitons. He arranged lunch reservations for in Soufrieres and let us stop at other locations on the trip back, all for a very fair price. It's not to be missed! Each day we'd set out on a different adventure and then stop into Chateau Mygo at the bottom of the hill in Marigot Bay to watch the sun set and chat with visitors from all over the world. Then we had the Bay View Villa to look forward to returning to for dinner and a dip in pool. You will remember the beautiful breezes and the stunning views from the deck long after you have returned home. We absolutely loved the time we spent there.

A view so majestic and a Villa so beautiful!

We arrived not sure what to expect. There were 10 of us. It was every bit and more as aadvertised. The Villa is huge, the kitchen open and modern. The swimming pool is so large that you can have several people in and the are not stepping on each other. The view, oh that view. We woke up and looked out....wow!!! The quiet. The game room. The upstairs. We had a phenomenal time in St. Lucia and where we stayed contributed big time to that. Please check out St. Lucia and this villa. The owners take care of you every step of the way. Marigot Bay is just a wow location ! Being situated on the ridge allows amazing views across the bay . Having a private pool allows everyone to have fun! Our family have loved staying at the villa!

The wonderful open plan kitchen , dinning living room is great for large groups and the games room , with table football etc gives a space for teenagers to hang out !
Having a wrap around covered area gives a great place to have a coffee or beer and watch the bay !
