La Serenity Bay Villa est une toute nouvelle villa située dans la baie calme et immaculée de Trou Rolland - juste à côté de la baie de Marigot. La villa se dresse avec élégance sur la colline avec une vue magnifique surplombant la baie et sur l'horizon de l'océan. Une piscine à débordement privée, de grands patios et des baies vitrées offrent des points de vue optimaux de partout dans la maison. De plus, vous pouvez facilement descendre à la plage, où il y a rarement une empreinte. Ou si vous cherchez un peu plus d'action, sautez juste sur la crête jusqu'à Marigot Bay où il y a beaucoup de restaurants, de boutiques et de choses à faire.

La Serenity Bay Villa est parfaite pour un groupe ou une grande famille à la recherche d'un moment de tranquillité, où les vues sereines des Caraïbes vous rajeuniront et vous revigoreront à coup sûr. Profitez de la beauté des Caraïbes dans toute sa splendeur tout en conservant tout le confort et les commodités de la maison. D'une part, une cuisine et un barbecue modernes et ultramodernes avec vue sur l'océan satisferont même votre chef à domicile le plus ambitieux. Côté divertissement, il y a la télévision par câble, le WiFi et même une prise de musique pour iPhone / iPod dans chaque chambre! Mais qui plaisantons-nous - nous savons tous que la plupart de votre temps sera passé à vous détendre dans la piscine à débordement ou à vous détendre sur une chaise de patio en profitant de tout.

La villa dispose de 6 chambres et de la place pour encore plus si votre groupe insiste. Chaque chambre bénéficie d'une salle de bains privative conçue et construite par des artisans italiens et des ventilateurs de plafond pour tout ce dont vous avez besoin est un peu de brise. Les chambres sont climatisées.

Il y a 4 niveaux de terrasses - chacune équipée pour se divertir, bronzer, nager et manger. Un élégant escalier hélicoïdal central construit dans le Maine jouxte les étages ensemble. Et les escaliers en colimaçon extérieurs permettent un mouvement facile entre les ponts. Tous les sols sont recouverts de carreaux de pierre de travertin et tous les comptoirs sont en granit foncé riche.

Le salon principal bénéficie d'une vue à couper le souffle sur les Caraïbes grâce à de hauts murs de fenêtres qui peuvent être ouverts pour permettre à la brise marine un accès facile. Cette chambre dispose également d'un plafond voûté de style caribéen et d'une tour centrale.

La beauté de la villa n'est pas seulement à l'intérieur. La propriété environnante a été intimement aménagée avec des jardins de forêt tropicale, une cascade, des plantes à fleurs, des pelouses et des arbres fruitiers tropicaux. La cour d'entrée est bordée de dizaines de plantes tropicales et de palmiers et permet un grand parking.

L'emplacement de la villa est très privé avec seulement quelques maisons autour - assez proche pour la tranquillité de sécurité mais pas si proche pour envahir votre intimité que ce soit. La Serenity Bay Villa bénéficie de l'équilibre parfait entre l'état tranquille et calme de la baie de Trou Rolland, et les restaurants animés, les magasins et les activités de la baie de Marigot - à seulement 2 minutes en voiture de haut en bas de la crête.

Beautiful views!

The views from the villa are unbelievable, especially from the infinity pool. The house was very spacious and comfortable, but be aware there is no A/C on the main level so it gets pretty warm.

Wonderful Week in Serenity Villa

The house is brilliantly designed, beautifully furnished, and immaculately maintained by very nice staff. We enjoyed a good balance between relaxing by the pool and participating in energetic island activities - diving, snorkelling, hiking the Pitons,and a fabulous boat trip to Sugar Bay for lunch.

The house is maintained beautifully. Has a superb view and a great pool. There is no air conditioning on the main floor so it can get quite hot, but the lower floors (accessed by a spiral staircase) have AC.

VERY NICE VILLA, GREAT VIEW

Two couples felt right at home in this spacious villa! Infinity pool and view couldn't have been more amazing, facing west for sunsets. Staff was great, responsive and accommodating. Would be great if beach chairs were available to borrow or to rent from unit.

Absolute paradise!

Our trip to St Lucia was the beginning of May and we stayed in the Trou Rollande villa in Marigot Bay. What an absolutely beautiful home! From the location to the design of the home to the spectacular views we were in paradise. The entire staff were very friendly and accommodating. The house was meticulously maintained both inside and out. Wonderful pool to enjoy. We had everything we needed to make our stay the best. We enjoyed every second and highly recommend.

Paradise

My husband and I spent the week with our children, son-in-laws and grandchildren at Serenity Bay Villa. The entire week was magical, the staff fabulous, home magnificent so much so that you really did not have to leave the villa if you didn't want to. The islanders were so friendly, walking to the bay at the end of the hill, snorkeling in Marigot Bay so much fun. We rented cars, so were able to travel to beaches, rent chairs/umbrellas. The nicest home we have ever stayed at throughout our years of travel. Highly recommend!

Infinite Tranquility

The rental process was smooth. Prior to arrival, I had numerous questions that were immediately answered by Lauren & Charles. The day of our arrival, the villa was a challenge to find as we rented a vehicle and drove from Hewanorra Airport. Nina was a champ and she talked with me throughout our travel. Nina stayed late waiting for us and she eventually met us at Marigot Bay Waterfront and escorted us to the property. The villa is truly a “hidden gem” and we enjoyed the comfort, space and amenities of “our home away from home.” We highly recommend Homeaway. I am already researching our next getaway.

spectacular!

We have stayed in lots of villas in lots of places, but not sure we have ever had such a gorgeous view. And its not just the view. The house is perfect, probably better than advertised. Very comfortable, well appointed and well equipped. Location in Marigot Bay is great. We spent time both south and north of here and will definitely pick this location again when we come back. Everything went so smoothly - from recommended taxi driver (Albert and his grandson Ethan who are both awesome), to property managers (Nina and Henning, also awesome) to restaurant and excursion recommendations. Be aware that the 15 min walk to and back from marigot bay is very hilly, so sometimes we walked and sometimes we called albert. All around a magical place for a week in the sun.

St Lucia Treat

A fantastic stay in Marigot Bay. House was just what we needed, plenty of space for three families, 12 total. Many secluded spots around the property for reading, hanging out in small groups but also great communal/eating spots. Adequate kitchen with two refrigerators provided food storage space for our group. Wonderful smallish infinity pool and plenty of seating around it. Rooms/bathrooms were adequate and AC to keep us cool at night was needed. Walk to town was 10 minutes down some pretty steep paved roads and a few minutes longer to the local/closest beach and swimming area. Make sure to bring water shoes for local swim spot as it’s rocky but also great snorkeling here. Can’t say enough about local services from: Anthony Griffith taxi services provided us with all of our transportation needs for the week, including up to Rodney Bay and down to Soufrière, to and from the airport. Also wonderful chef services from Claudia Felicien who cooked up local treats with a smile. All in all a great spot for largish groups.

Almost perfect

Overall, I was extremely pleased with this house. The house was beautiful, the view was beautiful, and it was it very well stocked, well thought out house. My only complaint and I hesitate to call it. A complaint, was that they had staff there almost every day. While it adds to the cleanliness and the upkeep of the property, it definitely interfered with our privacy There always seem to be somebody around. There were days that we wanted to just sit at the house and relax and look out over the ocean, but there were people lingering around. While this wasn’t a huge issue it would have been nice to have a little more privacy. We absolutely loved the place otherwise!

St. Lucia Dream House

Very private hideaway with stunning views, cool breezes, beautiful garden landscaping and full amenities. The well-appointed house is spacious and lovely. Property manager Nina and husband are very friendly and welcoming. Mr. Anthony and Ms. Alces were easy to reach; quite agreeable and always available for taxi service. Fun family excursions to Sugar Beach; hiking; cooking; shopping - all great. Highly recommend.

This home is just as pictured and more! Beautifully appointed, well stocked with the most incredible view. The property manager met us and walked us through the house. So many more amenities than imagined. The walk to Marigot bay is a little challenging, especially if you are handicapped. Cabs always available. Recommend Anthony Griffith!

Wonderful holiday with family

Our vacation at the home was amazing. The view is honestly unbelievable. The pool is fantastic as well. St Lucia is a hot place so somewhere to cool off is nice. The home was quite hot on the main top floor but it’s the Caribbean so we sucked it up and enjoyed it. The rooms all have air so we made sure we kept our doors closed and it was a nice cool off at the end of the day. The only thing I would point out is the pool deck is quite slippery and the railing around the pool area maybe a concern with younger children. The home was clean and spacious. Housekeeping was a bonus and the workers are all very friendly. There was nothing I would change. The location of the home is at the top of a hill which is why the view is so nice. It is about a 0.7 km walk down to Marigot Bay which is great exercise and quite the incline. Fine for adults but children get quite tired walking up. The beach at Marigot Bay is small but serves its purpose. The food at the restaurants were all very good. We did afternoon trips down to the bay and took the fairy over to DoLittles. There is a pool at the restaurant Customers are allowed to use which was a huge bonus for our children. We would return to this home with our family and enjoyed our trip so much. Thank you to the house staff and manager for being so accommodating.

This villa is very special

Everything was amazing!!! Didn’t even feel like we needed to leave the house. The only thing that was disappointing was we had the problems with the provisions service that we hired through Oasis Marigot. She lost our order so after a long day of travel we had no food and then when she delivered the food a day later she argued with me about the price even though everything was pre priced on her list. The manager of the house was so nice and took us to the store the first night we were there because she felt bad that they lost our order. We never figured out any type of sound system but we had brought our own speaker. We were surprised that they only had 1 tv but we only turned it on once, the view was enough for us. This was an adult vacation, but if we had brought our 5 yr old I would have been stressed out about the slippery decks and the wire railings. We were told that they are going to be adding a texture to the decks this summer which will fix that problem. Over all this was one of our most relaxing locations that we have ever been to in the Caribbean. Ps the birds are so cute and they will come eat with you!

As Gorgeous as the Photos

My group of 3 couples stayed here at the end of April. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Nina, we knew we had made the correct choice. The villa is amazing, the view is breathtaking and the people of St. Lucia are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We even enjoyed the company of a little cat named Louie who was certain to remind us of his presence when it was time to eat. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable stay in beautiful St. Lucia. One note: this location is up in the hillside, so there is a bit of an uphill walk if you are returning to the villa from Marigot Bay, where the grocery and restaurants are located. Additionally, if you have trouble with stairs, there is a spiral staircase in the home that might prove difficult for some. AMAZING PLACE TO STAY!!!

Spectacular!!

We stayed one week in this brand-new villa and we loved it! It is full-equipped, everything you need to cook is there, a lot of terraces to enjoy the view, a nice private garden, no mosquito... We enjoyed the infinity pool all day long: the water temperature is perfect, the lights in the pool at night are cool and you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets directly from the pool. There was also enough shades if you don't want too much sun during the day, which was perfect for our baby. It is quite a long up-hill walk from the village so it is better to have a car. I would definitely recommend this villa...
