There is more than enough space for 2 guests, with an open living area and fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. The apartment has high speed broadband throughout and is equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay in a town centre location.

The stylish interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern appliances and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The open plan living area comprises a seating area with a sofa and smart TV, as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, and a dining table. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedroom is bright and airy with a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage space for clothes. The large bathroom includes a powerful shower over as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels supplied for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole private access to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated in the heart of the town, from which an array of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions are all within easy walking distance. The promenade is just a 5 minute walk away, and if you continue along, you will encounter attractions such as Southport Pier, Pleasureland, Splashworld and Southport Beach. Southport train station is just a 5 minute walk away, with regular trains departing to Liverpool taking just 50 minutes.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, all areas of the town are within walking distance. The train station is just 5 minutes away, with regular services to Liverpool, Manchester, Preston and further afield.
There are also local bus routes servicing Southport and linking local towns.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
