The spacious, bright living room includes a double sofa bed and Smart TV for streaming all your favourite platforms. A dining area seating up to 6 guests is teamed with a fully equipped kitchen including a washer dryer. This central apartment is perfect for couples, families or working professionals will leave you buzzing from a perfect Brighton getaway!

Bright apartment with spacious living areas and central location, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or for a family to get away.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The living area has a tonne of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a washer/dryer, oven, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

- Bedroom 1, zip and link beds, set up as 2 singles but can be made into a double on request, sleeps 2
- Bedroom 2, zip and link beds, set up as a king but can be made into 2 singles on request, sleeps 2

There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
