Don't stay here. For starters, the pictures shown are not pictures of the actual property. The name on the sign of this property is not THE OAK, it is THE ROSEDALE. The pictures shown and the information given on both the VRBO and the Sykes (the company that owns or manages the rental) are not correct. Both websites show that the property is equipped with a smart tv and wifi. It doesn't. The pictures of the furniture, fireplace, kitchen are not from this property. There is no mention on either website that this is a self catering property, so there is no dish soap, no hand soap, no trash bags. Not that you can actually throw anything away, the trash bin outside looks like it hasn't been emptied in weeks. There is no recycling bin inside or outside, and that must be why there is a pile of glass containers behind the trash bin outside. The doorways are only about 12-14 inches wide, you will never get a walker, let alone a wheelchair, down the hallway. While we are talking about the size, if you are over 5'7 or 200 lbs, there's no way you're going to comfortably fit in the shower, you will need to leave your luggage in your car as there is no room in the bedrooms. The "twin" beds are the same width as cots and you can feel every single spring in the master bed. I thought we'd try sleeping on the pull out couch instead, but linen isn't supplied. Two of the 5 of us were more comfortable on the floor. We were all so disappointed with this property.
