This luxurious Grade II listed Country Farmhouse is nestled just next to the idyllic Forest of Bowland in Yorkshire Dales.
With amazing surroundings, a large private garden and original period features, Brambleside House is the perfect country cottage getaway for larger groups or families looking to bask in the tranquillity and luxury of the Forest of Bowland.
Featuring 6 large bedrooms with ensuite, this spacious forest home sleeps up 12 guests.
Brambleside House is located in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty in the unforgettable Forest of Bowland.
As described by Rachel Cooke of The Guardian, “Drive into the Forest of Bowland, and the feeling creeps over you: here is a secret world, a parallel universe straight out of a children’s book, or an ancient episode of Doctor Who. If it is beautiful, it’s also spooky.”
It’s an incredible and famous walk that’s enjoyed by thousands every year, and it’s now right on your doorstep.
Aside from the incredible forest, there’s also acres of woodland around the property to explore. With wildlife and nature just outside your door there’s plenty to see and do.
Just a short distance from the local town of Clitheroe and not far from Bolton, there’s good transport links and plenty of quaint villages and towns to eat and drink. There’s lots of local pubs to visit and plenty of great walks and cycling paths too.
If you’re taking the kids there’s plenty to do such as the Bowland Wild Boar Park, so the little ones will love Brambleside House just as much as you will, and if you want to take some electric bikes across this amazing area then you can also rent them here.

This beautiful and secluded Grade II listed farmhouse often has guests telling us how much they’ve fallen in love with the place, its surroundings and the original features of the building.
It’s really no surprise once you’ve taken a look through the large, spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms and the wonderful peaceful gardens surrounded by acres of stunning farmland and greenery.
It really is the ideal place to come and relax and get away from the hustle and bustle whilst really connecting with your group and spending quality time together.
As you approach the property you’re struck by the spacious green surroundings, before you’ll enter into your own private parking area. From there you enter the house through the large reception area with an incredible restored staircase.
The sitting room has a log burner and a large comfortable sofa for you to relax with your group as well as a further private study if you need a little more space and privacy. There’s a small snug with a corner sofa and log burner ready to welcome you if you’d like a cosy area to relax.
The stunning open plan kitchen and dining area are perfect for connecting with friends and family over cooking and meal times, and it's equipped with all the latest features you’d need to evoke your inner Gordon Ramsey.
