The third floor is home to two additional bedrooms, providing extra privacy and tranquility. Four of the six bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms, offering personal comfort and convenience for guests.

Also located on the third floor is the cinema room, furnished with cozy seating, where you can enjoy a relaxing night with snacks and drinks.

Outdoors, unwind by the serene pool or enjoy the elegant dining area, ideal for alfresco meals and social gatherings. The villa also boasts a spacious garage for secure parking and storage. This exquisite home offers the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and convenience, ensuring an unforgettable stay for all.

Linen and towels, as well as a small bottle of shampoo, body gel, toothpaste and toothbrush are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Additionally, there is a routine cleaning of the pool every Tuesdays to maintain cleanliness.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
- Smoking is not allowed indoors, only allowed outdoors such as at the balcony or patio
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- Nothing illegal
- No moving/ Rearranging of the furniture
- No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc
- Do NOT throw anything into the toilet bowl as it may get choked
