Public transport is plentiful. Bus stops are around 500m away. Taxis are very reasonable, and the nearest rank is 650 metres away. Bolt operates in Funchal.

Nearby
Being located in the centre of Funchal, all attractions, museums, monuments, shopping, pedestrianised areas with their many cafés, esplanades and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
The Farmer’s Market and cable car are 550m away.
The nearest Supermarket and shopping centre is only 750m away.
The Barreirinha Lido, only 130m away, provides access to the sea, with a low entrance fee and rental prices for sunbeds and sun umbrellas.
Within 250m you will find the Old Town Dom Carlos gardens and the start of the sea-front promenade.
Funchal Marina is only 1.3 km away.

Cleaning
The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.
All linen and towels are provided.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.

Booking Notes
The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 adults.
Please note that the sofa bed is only prepared for reservations with more than two guests. If your booking is for two people and you wish to use the sofa bed, note that this request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and an additional fee may apply.
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A security deposit of 150€ is required, payable by credit card before arrival.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions will be sent 7 days before your arrival.
The entrance code will be sent 2 days before your arrival.

This property is a self check-in unit and check-in time is 16:00 or after. A code will be provided for access to the property.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out. It’s always confirmed on a request basis.

The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented for all arriving visitors on or after 01 October 2024 across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities.
This applies to all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per person.
Your accommodation is responsible for collecting these amounts and paying them on your behalf to the applicable municipality.
