Experience city living at its finest in this spacious, two-level loft nestled in one of Chania’s most elegant and central neighborhoods. Just 500m from Koum Kapi Beach and the seaside promenade, our home comfortably hosts up to 5 guests and offers a blend of minimalist design, curated art, and premium amenities—including a private rooftop terrace, central A/C & heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dishwasher.
Our home is set in one of Chania’s most charming districts, famed for its stunning 19th-century neoclassical architecture, vibrant cafés, and local-favorite restaurants. With 100 m² of interior living space and an additional 25 m² rooftop loft and terrace, the apartment offers the ideal balance of style, comfort, and convenience for up to 5 guests.
Step inside and you’ll find a clean, contemporary aesthetic—complemented by rare art pieces and designer furnishings. Every space is filled with natural light, creating an uplifting and relaxing environment, whether you're working remotely, unwinding after a day of exploration, or sipping wine under the stars.
The first level (100 m²) features a generous open-plan living and dining area with balcony access. The fully equipped kitchen includes a grill stove, espresso machine, and dishwasher, as well as a second dining space and a back balcony for your morning coffee. Two double bedrooms on this level share a modern bathroom with a glass shower cabin.
The upper level (25 m²) offers a cozy lounge with a corner sofa (can be used as a single bed), a convenient kitchenette with mini-fridge, a second W.C., and access to the standout feature of the apartment—your private wooden deck terrace, furnished for lounging, dining, and soaking in city views.
The entire home is centrally air-conditioned and heated, with comfort-focused features and thoughtful design throughout.
Many of the artworks are originals by celebrated Greek painters including Opy Zouni, Yiannis Lasithiotakis, Chronis Botsoglou, and Achilleas Christidis. Furniture and lighting pieces are by renowned names such as Pantone, AL2, Michele De Lucchi, and Arne Jacobsen.

You'll also find pharmacies, grocery stores, and even the private Tsepetis Clinic within walking distance.
You're only a 5-minute walk from the Koum Kapi beach and waterfront promenade—a laid-back area with coastal views and trendy cafés popular with Chania’s artistic crowd. For a deeper dive into the city’s soul, the Old Venetian Port is just a 15-minute stroll along the seaside promenade.
