Discover Kumaoni Roots, a cozy 2BHK duplex bungalow nestled in the Himalayas, offering stunning views of mountains, forests, and snow-capped peaks. Inspired by Kumaoni culture, its architecture showcases hand-cut stone walls adorned with traditional art. Inside, experience a blend of tradition and luxury. Located near Kasardevi, it's easily accessible by road. Welcome to your serene mountain getaway.
The space
The Entire property that you see here is on the first floor accessible through a separate entrance and exit, is exclusively dedicated to your stay. The Property offers an ideal living space comprising of two tastefully designed bedrooms, each with its own attached washroom. The hall comes with a modern kitchen that features all necessary utilities like stove, microwave, fridge, and water purifier, making it an easy place to cook and relax. The attic area with a 180-degree glass cover provides guests with a panoramic view of the beautiful natural surroundings and the Himalayan mountains. Additionally, the attic has a roof glass, which is perfect for star-gazing right from the comfort of your bed. Outside, there is a charming sitting area where guests can unwind and enjoy the beautiful ambiance. There is also a bonfire area where guests can gather around and create unforgettable memories under the starlit sky.

we have a good Wi-Fi connect which has 200Mbps bandwidth.
DINNIG:
Meals are not included in your booking. However, we do offer our guests the opportunity to experience the delicious local Kumaoni-style and home-cooked meals (including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) upon request. These meals are subject to availability and are provided on a paid basis.
Our home-cooked food is renowned among our guests, and even visitors from other properties often join us for their meals. We take pride in preparing delicious, locally-sourced meals that showcase the flavors of the region.
The prices of these meals are intentionally set at a minimum, ensuring that all guests can fully enjoy a stress-free vacation.
For guests who prefer to cook their meals, we offer the use of our fully-equipped kitchen at a minimal fee of approx. 300-500Rs per day to cover the utility charges for gas and electricity. Please note that you will need to bring your own groceries. Our family resides on the ground floor and is available to assist you in case you need anything. Indulge in a culinary journey with us and savor the flavors of the region during your stay.

BONFIRE:
We offer our guests the option of enjoying a cozy bonfire during their stay. Please note that a nominal fee of 500-800Rs is charged for the firewood used to create the bonfire.
PARKING:
We offer a separate roadside parking area located just 10 meters away from our property. Our parking area is safe and secure, as the road is less frequently used, and we also park our own cars there.
DRIVER ACCOMODATION:
While we do not have any accommodation for drivers on our property, we can arrange for suitable arrangements nearby with prior notice. Please note that any additional charges associated with driver accommodation will be the responsibility of the guest. Our aim is to provide a comfortable and convenient stay for all our guests, including their drivers. Please inform us in advance of any specific requirements so that we can make suitable arrangements to ensure a hassle-free stay for everyone.
ACCESSIBILITY TO THE PROPERTY:
Once you reach the property, there is a 100-meter off-road drive that is drivable and even big cars like Innova can easily access it. The property is just a 10 meter walk from the parking area at the end of the road, and it's not uphill. However, if you don't feel comfortable driving on the off-road, you can park your car on the main road below the property where there is ample space. From there, it's just a 10-15 meter uphill walk to reach the property.
WALKING TRAILS :
For those who love to wander, the property is surrounded by a plethora of small and long walking trails. Take a peaceful stroll through the lush green forest nearby and soak up the natural beauty at any time of day - it's the perfect way to start or end your day.
CANCELLATION AND OTHER POLICIES:
We adhere strictly to all policies outlined in our property listing on Airbnb, including those regarding cancellations, refunds and house rules. No exceptions or concessions will be made in this regard.
Guest access
The images show are of the 2BHK with attic at the 1st floor. The guest will have full access to the 1st floor which has a separate entry and exit.
Our family lives in the ground floor which is not shown in the images and they will be always available to help you.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is strictly not allowed in the rooms.
2. Avoid loud Music/Sound
3. Parties and gathering’s are not allowed
4. Guests are solely responsible for their belongings.
5. Please avoid leaning into glass windows or doors to ensure your own safety
6. Meals are not included but can be provided on demand and availability on paid basis
7. There is no accommodation for the driver in the property but can be arrange somewhere else on prior notice.
8. Do not lock the Hall during daylight hours our family might access it sometimes for cleaning and watering plants.
9. Be respectful to property, local people and Nature.
10. Please ensure that you do not leave your pet unattended and clean up after them, if you are traveling with one.
