Shop & Stay at Bicester Village near our 3 Bed Home| Pass the Keys
Relax with family, friends or colleagues in our peaceful home located in a quiet popular neighbourhood.
Upstairs are 2 king-size bedrooms and a small single with office space serviced by a family bathroom. Downstairs there's a large comfy lounge, kitchen-diner & WC. Outside is an enclosed garden and private parking for 2 cars.
Bicester Village is a short walk away with Oxford & Blenheim Palace only 30 minutes by car or bus. There are also shops, restaurants & Pure Gym a few minutes walk away.
GROUND FLOOR:
Bright & airy modern living room with comfy seating for 5, large Smart TV and French doors leading out into the private enclosed garden.
Open plan kitchen-diner: fully equipped kitchen including oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & large fridge freezer. Dining table comfortably seats 5 guests.
Downstairs WC.
FIRST FLOOR:
1st bedroom features a king-size bed and built-in wardrobes.
2nd bedroom also features a king-size bed with large built-in wardrobes.
3rd bedroom has a chair bed that opens out into a small single (185cm/6ft 2" long x 90cm/3ft wide). There is also a convenient separate workspace for those working or studying from home.
Family bathroom with electric shower over the bath.
Towels, toiletries & tea/coffee/sugar is provided along with a welcome snack pack.
OUTSIDE:
Large lawned garden with access from the rear gate or living room.
Off-street parking beside the property for 2 cars.
A travel cot and high chair are available for an extra cost, ensuring a stress-free stay for younger families.
Conveniently located just a short walk from a variety of shops, takeaways & restaurants with Bicester Village Designer Outlet only a 10 minute walk away, with Bicester Heritage and the Tythe Barn just a couple of miles away. Oxford city, Blenheim Palace and Silverstone are 30 minutes away and there's a regular bus service to Oxford. The M40 (J9) is only 5 minutes away.
This semi-detached townhouse is exclusively available for the use of our guests as described.
However, the top floor is for our own personal use which is locked & inaccessible.
The property is located in the new popular Kingsmere community area of Bicester.
There is a Co-op Local, Dominos Pizza and fish & chip shop just a 4 minute walk away. Bicester Shopping Park is a few minutes further where you will find an M&S Foodhall, Boots, Next, Costa Coffee, Bosphorus Turkish & Mediterranean restaurant, Asian supermarket serving fresh food and Pure Gym.
Beyond the Shopping Park is a large Tesco Extra & McDonald's and only a 10 minute walk away is Bicester Village Designer Outlet.
Bicester town centre is about 1.5 miles away where you can find lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and Vue Cinema.
The best way to get to Bicester Village and other local amenities is to walk. Parking is available at Bicester Village, but get there early to secure a space.
The nearest bus stop is on Whitelands Way, 2 minutes away for direct buses to Bicester & Oxford (at peak times).
Bicester Village rail station is 1 mile away for direct trains to Oxford & London Marylebone.
Bicester North rail station is 2 miles away for direct trains to Birmingham & London Marylebone.
We recommend catching the bus or train to Oxford (or use the Bicester Park & Ride with free parking for 24 hours) as parking is very difficult and expensive in the city centre.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.
Please respect our neighbours and keep the noise down. No noise after 10pm please.
Indoor shoes/slippers only inside please as all the carpets are new.
When leaving the property, please make sure you lock all the external doors.
