From here, doors lead out to a balcony overlooking the garden, where outdoor seating and a wood-fired hot tub await.

The ground floor is a haven for fun and entertainment, boasting a games room equipped with a multi-games table, a sofa, and another smart TV, making it an ideal space for children. Additionally, there are two convenient downstairs toilets on this level.

Ascend to the first floor to discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring a king-size bed, a roll-top bath in the corner of the room, a dressing area, and an en-suite shower room.
