This lovely property is located in the picturesque seaside village of Woolacombe on the North Devon coast. It is known for its gorgeous array of beaches, dramatic coastline and vibrant atmosphere. The breathtaking main beach is in the top 10 surfing places in the world. It is also popular for swimming, paddleboarding and other water sports, or just spending the day sunbathing on the sand. Stroll around the plethora of local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, or take a trip to the Victorian town of Ilfracombe (5.5 miles). Take a stroll around Ilfracombeâs working harbour or take one of the many available boat trips including a trip to Lundy â a unique island where there are excellent opportunities for birdwatching â you might even spot a puffin. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with a range of cliff and moorland walks and the South West Coast Path on the doorstep.
Park your car up in the allocated parking space and head to your stunning apartment. Head on through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/ dining area, where you can enjoy relaxing on the comfy sofas after a a day of exploring the local area. Enjoy a family night in and cook up a favourite meal in the fully equipped, stylish, modern kitchen. Walking back through the hallway, there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, and the second bedroom has a versatile twin room (can be made into a king-size on request). To complete this attractive apartment is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside you have your own balcony with table and chairs, perfect to enjoying a morning coffee before you start the day.
