This two-story, stylish lakeside holiday home features modern furnishings and stunning water views. Relax in the open-plan living space with large windows that flood the home with natural light.
Recently refurbished, the lodge boasts a spacious and cosy interior with your comfort in mind. The large decking area is perfect for soaking up the sun, complete with sun loungers for your relaxation. Enjoy al fresco dining or a morning coffee with picturesque lake views.
Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an action-packed holiday, our lodge provides the perfect base for your Cotswold adventure.
Our small business can be as attentive or as distant as you choose. We have prepared a comprehensive guest folder with all the information we feel may be useful to you, which also provides contact details for the house managers who will be happy attend the property should the need arise. We just want your stay with us to be relaxed and hassle free.
The lodge is set within well-maintained communal gardens. The Spring Lake site includes a Brasserie bar and restaurant, a large enclosed timber play area for children, and a 10 mph speed limit for vehicles, along with CCTV for a safe and family-friendly environment. The Lakeside Brasserie is just 100 yards away and there are 3 lovely pubs in South Cerney village within walking distance. There are countless picturesque walks on your doorstep perfect for the family and your well-behaved pooch! As well as the pubs in the village, there is a Co-Op and One Stop for any essentials along with a very popular Fish & Chip shop ideal for a night in on the decking watching the sunset.
Out and about you will discover the Cotswold Water Parks is an amazing place, more than 150 lakes over an area of more than 40 miles, with a huge diversity of leisure activities available for all ages to enjoy. On the water you can hire boats, canoeing/kayaking, inflatable rides, sailing, swimming, wake-boarding, windsurfing and water-skiing. On land there is angling, archery, fabulous bird-watching opportunities, cycling routes, walking routes, horse riding, paintballing, rally driving, golf, picnic sites and nature reserves.

The ground floor of the lodge features a newly fitted modern kitchen, fully equipped with quality appliances such as an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave, making it ideal for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The spacious lounge/diner boasts a wall of double-glazed windows, offering uninterrupted views of the lake. Large patio doors lead out to a private deck, just steps from the waterâs edge. Both the indoor and outdoor living areas comfortably accommodate up to six adults, with outdoor furniture perfect for alfresco meals and drinks. Entertainment is provided by a 43âł Smart TV with wireless internet for Netflix streaming.
Both bathrooms are newly refurbished. The ground floor bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower with WC and hand basin, while upstairs features a large shower, bath, WC, and hand basin. The lodge has also been fitted with underfloor heating as well as electric panel heaters throughout to ensure you will keep warm and cosy during the colder months.
The master bedroom has a large picture window with stunning lake views, a double bed, and ample storage with hanging space and drawers. The second double bedroom overlooks the front of the property featuring a comfortable double bed and drawer storage, though walking space around the bed is limited.
