Situé sur la côte ouest de la Floride, ce condo fait partie du Boca Grande Club, qui est une communauté résidentielle privée de 62 acres située sur les magnifiques rivages du golfe du Mexique sur l'île Gasparilla. Les vues dégagées de cette unité sont spectaculaires. Profitez de 3 piscines, plage et terrain impeccables, tennis et centre de fitness. L'unité est joliment meublée avec un lit king size avec un nouveau matelas dans la chambre principale et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner ou pour vous rendre au club et savourer un somptueux repas. Le bar tiki propose également des hors-d'œuvre et des petites assiettes pour profiter du bord de la piscine surplombant la plage. La communauté tranquille de Boca Grande est un joyau! Just PERFECT!!!!

Property was immaculate and had everything we needed, the MOST GORGEOUS view of the Gulf of America!!! Location on Gasparilla Island (north end) is lovely. The Boca Grande Club is so nice! Really enjoyed the golf cart ride around the island The Tarpon fishing was our highlight!!! Highly recommend this amazing condo!

Just perfect.

My husband and I came here for a weekend and the condo and location did not disappoint. Clean, quiet, fresh and beautiful! The beach was stunning. The pool and hot tub were the cleanest I have ever seen anywhere. The view was incredible from our living area, kitchen, dining area and bedroom. Everything in the condo looked new or almost new. All the things you would need kitchen wise or beach wise were provided. Loved it and we will be back!

Amazing Views

Great, relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the amazing ocean views, walks on the beach and the quiet atmosphere of Boca Grande. The condo was perfect for the two of us and very well equipped. What a lovely place, hope to return!

Boca Grande is Lovely

Very nice 1 bedroom unit. Perfect for 3. Beautiful location, sunset is superb from beach or within your unit, and amenities are nice. Easy to rent, we love Boca Grande, it’s an annual tradition.

Perfect beach view!

This little one bedroom unit was perfectly located with a direct view of the beach. It had every amenity we needed. We will look for this one again.

Peaceful beach vacation

We stayed around the 4th of july and really enjoyed our stay. It was peace and relaxing for our family 4. The unit was very clean with beautiful veiws. The kids shared the pull out couch with no complaints. Everyone was very nice at the club. We liked that it was more laid back and relaxing then expected during the 4th of july. We had a great beach vacation.

We loved this property! The island is gorgeous, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive. We practically had the beach to ourselves in mid August. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful resort

From a seamless and friendly check-in process to a beautifully appointed condo, our stay was perfect. This condo is truly gulf front with amazing views. All communication with the owner was perfect and timely. The bed was super comfortable and the condo is extremely well appointed. Highly recommemd!

Property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and peaceful. It is ready to go with all you may need. Sterling is a breeze and pleasure to deal with. Boca Grande is a lovely place with welcoming locals. Small town charm with great fishing! Highly recommend it!

Christmas in the sun

Unit was well furnished and had a lovely view. While signs in many places said “no dogs allowed” or “no dogs on beach” there were numerous dogs in the area and on the beach. Otherwise, nice beach, nice pool, great surroundings. Restaurant superb.

As a guest you become a temporary member of the Boca Grande Club and can access many of the club amenities. There is an additional membership fee of $50 per day. Enjoy having your lounge chair and umbrella set up on the beach or sip a cool drink at the tiki bar overlooking the Gulf. Towels are provided at both the pool and beach.
