Upon arrival at Villa Gemstone, guests are welcomed by a grand, rustic courtyard leading to the main entrance. Stepping inside, the villa unfolds starting from the generous entrance hall, which serves as the gateway to the various living spaces.

The main living area is a spacious, luminous space designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring large patio doors that connect seamlessly to the pool area (The Pool heating can be turned on for €650 per week). Furnished with comfortable two 2-seater sofas, additional pouffes, and free-standing chairs, this area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Lazer TV, and DVD player for guests' enjoyment. Adjacent to the living room is a combined dining and kitchen area, accessible from both the living room and entrance hall, creating a cohesive flow throughout the ground floor. An additional cozy TV sitting area is situated on the first floor for extra privacy and comfort.

The kitchen, a testament to modern convenience, is fully equipped with high-quality appliances including a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Adjacent is a laundry room complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. Villa Gemstone accommodates up to 8 guests across its 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining two, including the master bedroom with its own large terrace overlooking the swimming pool, are situated on the first floor. The bedrooms are meticulously designed, offering both comfort and luxury, with three featuring en-suite bathrooms and the fourth having a dedicated bathroom nearby.

The outdoor area of Villa Gemstone is equally impressive, featuring a covered terrace with comfortable seating and a dining table for 8, leading down to a rectangular swimming pool. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and is complemented by a gas BBQ area under a pergola, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and entertainment.

Additional amenities ensuring a comfortable stay include air conditioning in all bedrooms and the kitchen/diner, complimentary Wi-Fi, and pool towels. The property is secured with an electric gate opening to a driveway with ample parking. The villa's rear aligns with the main road through Quinta do Lago, offering easy access to the local area.

Guests of Villa Gemstone will benefit from maid service twice a week, with bed linen changed every 7 days and towels once a week. Starting from 2024, maid service will be adjusted to once per week, including a change of towels, with linen changes every 7 days.

Villa Gemstone is ideally located off the 6th roundabout in Quinta do Lago, within walking distance to the lake and beach. The villa is currently available for long lettings (minimum of 3 days) and will soon also accommodate AL (short stays), making it a versatile choice for various types of getaways.
