The location is quite special – you live right next to a small forest with abundant wildlife and a trail system that leads directly down to the beautiful rocky coast with the rock beach, Hammersleth, just 750 meters from the house. This is the perfect place for scenic walks and relaxation by the water.

The lively town center of Svaneke is only a kilometer away and offers plenty of exciting shops, delicious restaurants, and experiences for both young and old. For example, visit the interesting glassworks, taste good beer, or enjoy homemade and freshly made ice cream under the almond tree in the courtyard of Mermaid Cafe. The small fishing village, Listed, is just 1.5 km away and has a cozy little harbor as well as a bakery where you can buy delicious bread and cakes directly through a window facing the street.
