Ticket machines will accept cash, however you can also pay at most of the car parks with Just Park by mobile phone (text or phonecall) or smartphone App. This means that if you want to stay longer, you can change your departure time using your phone without returning to the car park.
Most of the car parks are open 24 hours a day, with charges applying between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. You’ll need to check each car park's charges and rules.

Long-stay parking is available for cars and motorcycles with an all-day charge.
Culverhayes car park (DT9 3ED) has 263 car parking spaces, 2 motorcycle spaces, and free public toilets. It is open 24 hours but has a height restriction of 2.1m between 6 pm and 8 am. There are also two 22kw Electric Vehicle charge points at this car park.
Coldharbour car park (DT9 4HA) has 67 car parking spaces and 1 motorcycle space, plus one 22kw and one 60kw Electric Vehicle charge point.
Acreman Street car park (DT9 3NX) has 45 car parking spaces and 1 motorcycle space.
