The stylish decor and comfortable interior make you feel right at home. Large windows and the conservatory allow natural light to flood in and offer a beautiful view of the green, spacious garden. The glass sliding walls of the conservatory can be opened and closed as desired, depending on the weather. In summer, you can fully open the walls and enjoy the fresh outdoor air, while in less favorable weather, you can benefit from the shelter of the closed glass walls without losing the ultimate outdoor feeling. Here, you can relax in the lounge set and take in the stunning view. Doggersbank 16 offers the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. Just a short distance away, you will find the wide North Sea beach and the vast dunes, ideal for long walks, bike rides, or a refreshing day by the sea.

Right in front of the house, two parking spaces are available. Upon entering, the hallway leads you directly to a bathroom with a toilet and modern facilities. A second toilet with a small sink provides extra convenience. Both toilets are located on the ground floor. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a large dining table. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped, including a Quooker. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the first with a double bed (180 x 210 cm) and the second and third with single beds (90 x 200 cm).
