STRICTLY No bachelor/bachelorette parties/hen do/party/gathering/events or loud noise/music related to this. If these rules have been violated, guests will be evicted from the apartment even on the first night and the full amount of the reservation fee + £250 damage deposit will be claimed.

Smoking is strictly not allowed. If this rule is violated £250 will be claimed.

Parking is NOT AVAILABLE at this Property but we can provide parking suggestion.

Only the number of guests specified bookings should use/check-in to the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, the booking WILL BE CANCELLED without any refunds.

Apartment is not suitable for parties ANY KIND, as it is in a residential area. ANY THING THAT INVOLVES ADDITIONAL GUESTS THAN SPECIFIED IN THE BOOKING IS CONSIDERED PARTY.
