This apartment boasts a stylish bathroom, two toilets, and two bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and a modern sofa bed, making it a comfortable space for relaxation. Feel free to use the washing machine, dryer, and iron during your stay - they`re available for your convenience.

Located near the historic Old Town Square, just a short walk away from the famous Prague Astronomical Clock. The area is easily accessible on foot or by public transport. Respect Czech law and quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.

Communication will be handled via the booking platform.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.

Follow all instructions provided for trash disposal and use of appliances.

Take care of your keys. If you lose them, contact the emergency number. You are responsible for key-related issues.
13) An inventory of all items in the apartment and their condition is checked following the departure of each guest. If items are recorded as missing or damaged following your stay, the booking guest will be held responsible, and the replacement or repair cost will be required. If you provided a deposit and no damage or missing inventory was found, the deposit is released up to 7 days after your departure (plus bear in mind that is up to your bank when it is proceeded with the deposit unblock - each bank has different processes and deadlines).
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 350 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
