Only one train stop from Zurich Main Station and three stops from the airport, the apartment offers an exceptionally convenient base for exploring the city while enjoying a calm residential setting.

The Space:

The apartment is ideal for one or two guests and is well suited for couples, solo travellers, or guests visiting Zurich for short stays.



Recently refurbished, the studio is bright, modern, and thoughtfully furnished. A comfortable 160 × 200 cm bed with mattress and topper, and a practical layout ensure a pleasant and restful stay.



An inflatable air mattress is also available on request for CHF30/day.

The apartment is in a very trendy and cool area of the city. Neighborhood is quiet and well connected by public transport.



You will live very close to the city and find trendy bars and good restaurants of different cuisines, cinemas, museums and nightlife all very close by.



If you want to buy groceries, you will find supermarkets just few minutes walk away from the apartment (Migros, Coop, Denner etc.)

If you are coming by car, there are lots of public parking spaces along the streets near the apartment (2-hour parking zone). If you require all-day parking, please contact us for more details. We have a nearby outdoor parking space available for rent at CHF25/day (subject to availability).

Please note that there is no TV in the apartment.



Early arrival & luggage storage:

If you arrive in Zurich before check-in time, paid luggage storage is available in the building’s basement (subject to availability). The cost is CHF 25 per booking, and luggage can be stored until 17:00, allowing you to explore the city hands-free while waiting for check-in. Please contact us in advance ifor storage availability.



Luggage storage is an optional service and is therefore not included in the nightly rate. Only guests who require this service are charged.



Check-in is from 15:00 onwards.

Early check-in is not guaranteed, as our housekeeper follows a tight schedule to ensure the apartment is cleaned thoroughly before each stay. If the apartment becomes ready earlier, we will notify you as soon as possible.



No smoking inside the apartment and in common areas. Any evidence of smoking inside the apartment may result in additional cleaning charges.
