Located just 600 metres from Hull Train Station, experience comfort and space in this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom terraced house, perfect for up to 10 guests. Situated in a sought-after location near the city centre, enjoy modern amenities including WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and entertainment options such as a Magcubic smart projector and Fire Stick, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Upon entering the property, you will be welcomed by the ground floor hallway. The first room on the left-hand side is the living room, where a cosy setup awaits with a 3-seater leather sofa, two armchairs, and a smart projector for entertainment. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a table for four, complemented by stylish decor.
As you continue through, you'll find a convenient toilet and basin on your left, complete with a mirror for your convenience. Next door is the kitchen, equipped with essential appliances including an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster with access to a small courtyard.
Upstairs, Bedroom 1 features double bed and a single bed and Bedroom 2 offers a twin beds. A family bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath, basin, toilet, and an electric heated towel rail, ensuring added comfort.
On the second floor, Bedroom 3 provides a double bed and a single bed, while Bedroom 4 offers twin beds. Enjoy the convenience of a shower cubicle, a toilet, a basin, and an electric heated towel rail, ensuring a delightful and refreshing stay for all guests.
