Two bedrooms apartment of about 70 square meters located in a strategic position between the Lima and Porta Venezia underground stops.
This apartment is located on the fourth floor with a lift and is characterized by being equipped with double glazing in all rooms and for being quiet.
The apartment opens onto the living area overlooking Via Morgagni and which includes a French sofa bed 145cm x 200cm, a TV area, an extendable table for six people, an armchair, a chest of drawers. The living area leads to a bathroom with tub and to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen which includes an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a double fridge and a table for three.
The sleeping area includes:
- a double bedroom overlooking Via Morgagni which includes a wardrobe with two sliding doors,
- a single bedroom overlooking the internal courtyard which includes a small two-door wardrobe and a one-door wardrobe with shelves,
- a second bathroom with shower without bidet.
The flooring is in walnut colored wooden parquet in the living area and in the two bedrooms, the two bathrooms and the kitchen are covered with ceramic.
The apartment is well served by public transport:
- Metro Lima (red line), which in 4 stops leads to the Duomo and is a direct line to reach the Fiera di Rho.
- Metro Porta Venezia (red line)
- Metro Loreto (green and red lines)
- Bus 60 that takes you to the Central Station or Piazza San Babila
- Bus 81 to Central Station or direction Lambrate

The area of Via Broggi and Via Morgagni is a nice context of valuable buildings in Art Nouveau style from the early '900.
The area is rich in restaurants and bars, while Corso Buenos Aires, the famous shopping street, is about 70 meters away, thus easily reachable. A short distance from the apartment there are Montanelli Park and the Gardens of Porta Venezia - the biggest green area in the city centre - including the renovated Museum of Natural History, the Planetarium and a large jogging-area and children playground.
In less than 20 minutes on foot, along Via Scarlatti, you can get to the Central Station.
The Polytechnic of Milan is one kilometre away.
Cycling fans can enjoy the bike paths under in the neighbourhood to ride safely up to the area of Porta Nuova, home of the famous Unicredit skyscrapers and Bosco Verticale (the “Vertical Forest”), and from the centre to the Sforza Castle.
The closest paid parking is the "Garage Silens" in via Giorgio Jan 3.
