Weâre a minutes walk from Patricroft Station
You're surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants with our favourite place to visit, Noir Steakhouse just 2 minute minutesâ drive away.
TRANSPORT
Our closest train station is Patricroft Station and itâs only 2 minutes walk away.
PARKING: There is free on street parking park anywhere on our road
THE BEST BIT: We are a 5 minute drive from the Trafford centre
Bedroom 1 : 1 x double bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds
Living room: Smart tv for your entertainment.
Bathroom: Equipped with bathroom and shower
We supply shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.
KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything youâll need to cook (tea and coffee provided)
DINING AREA:
Even if youâre not cooking thereâs space to eat your takeaway!
GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS:
We have a ((washer / dryer)) which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, youâll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).
We are pet friendly but please donât forget to add them as a guest as thereâs an extra charge.
