This stunning 4 bed home is located in a peaceful area outside Mauchline. It has a large dining kitchen which is open plan to the lounge area located on a mezzanine floor above. A shower room and wc on the ground floor and a king size bedroom. There are a further 3 bedrooms, master king size with en-suite shower room, family bathroom and a further 2 bedrooms one of which can be a twin room or king room.
The location of this house is also a major draw, with the charming village of Mauchline just a short distance away. Here, you can explore the local shops, restaurants and pubs, or take a stroll through the picturesque countryside. Whether you`re looking for a peaceful countryside retreat or a cosy place to call home, this 4 bedroom sandstone house is the perfect choice. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
You may access your property from 3pm until 7pm - a member of staff will meet you at the property for check in. If you require an early check-in then please contact us and we may be able to arrange this
Follow the road until you get to the set of gates which has a sign “Ballochmyle House” – follow the driveway to the house and round to the rear, our two parking spots are to the far left round the back and marked “20” there is also plentiful visitor parking to the right side of this rear area. Please refrain from using a spot belonging to another flat, these are the numbered spaces.
Please proceed through the wrought iron gate at the side of the building, and please close the gate behind you. Our house is the 2 black doors to the right side of the courtyard.
The courtyard cannot be used for children to play as we have neighbours in close proximity.
DO NOT KNOCK NEIGHBOURS DOOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
Please note the house is non-smoking. You will be issued with £100 fine for smoking inside or smoking from an open window. If you smoke outside please smoke in the car park away from the courtyard and the main building, please dispose of cigarette ends in an appropriate manner.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property. Failure to comply will lead to a fine.
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
