Ce complexe a la réputation d'être l'un des complexes familiaux les plus amusants de Myrtle Beach. Il offre un cadre parfait pour un bon moment de détente. Détendez-vous après une journée complète sur le parcours de golf ou les visites, ou prenez une boisson tropicale et dirigez-vous vers la plage.
Profitez de la chaleur du soleil de Myrtle Beach autour de la grande piscine en bord de mer et de la rivière paresseuse tout en profitant de la beauté de notre belle plage. De quoi faire de vos vacances des vacances parfaites.
Ce complexe est situé au bord de la plage d'Ocean Blvd. dans la partie nord de Myrtle Beach connue sous le nom de «Golden Mile». Condo 1805 est un luxueux 3 chambres avec vue sur l'océan situé au 18e étage avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et la côte nord depuis le balcon qui est accessible à la fois depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Le condo a été récemment rénové à l'hiver 2018/19 avec un nouveau plancher de planche de vinyle en pin Rocky Coast, une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouvelles armoires de cuisine avec comptoir en granit, de nouvelles vanités et lumières de salle de bain, de nouveaux porte-serviettes, de nouvelles toilettes et nouvelles portes intérieures partout. Ouvrez simplement les portes coulissantes en verre, asseyez-vous sur le balcon et détendez-vous devant les vues réconfortantes de la belle mer. Il pourra accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes avec un roi dans la chambre principale et 2 lits doubles dans chacune des autres chambres. Tous les lits sont neufs depuis juillet 2017.
Ce condo a une grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec des casseroles, des poêles et toute la vaisselle dont vous aurez besoin pour les jours où vous voulez simplement vous détendre au complexe. De plus, il y a une laveuse / sécheuse située dans le condo afin que vous puissiez garder ces maillots de bain et serviettes de plage au sec pour une utilisation quotidienne pendant votre séjour
Venez de la plage pour déjeuner au River City Cafe (un de nos favoris personnels) pour certains des meilleurs hamburgers de la plage, situé en face de la station. De plus, juste à côté se trouve le café Starbucks et le restaurant Martin, qui propose un merveilleux petit déjeuner buffet.
Nous fournissons des draps et des serviettes pour votre séjour. Il y a une buanderie dans le bâtiment si nécessaire. Merci pour vos demandes et nous espérons vous voir visiter notre belle plage!

Great condo/Worst parking garage and pool ever

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great. Fantastic views plenty of room. Parking garage was one of the WORST we have ever used. BLIND corners and if you're not home by 8pm it's full!! Pool area was the smallest of anyplace we've stayed. Inside hot tub and workout area were DISGUSTING! There was some sort of brown foam on the hot tub that we did NOT want to think about or try to identify.Overall it appears this was a hotel that turned into condos and was added onto. They really really outgrew the original facilities. If you stay make sure you get/add the package for the "new pool/water slide area or you Will be disappointed!Unfortunately..you will still have to deal with that parking garage.

GReat experience

The unit I stayed in with my family and friends was awesome. It was clean and the view of the ocean was the best. The amenities at the property were great. The restaurant had good food. I wish I knew how they fried the chicken it was delicious. I will definitely stay there again.

Horrible customer service

The check-in process was a breeze so we were very excited for our stay. From that point on everything went downhill. We got into the condo and I had to reclean the floors. Our feet were BLACK from the floors being so dirty. There was hair in the bathtub in the master bedroom and the sink was dirty as well. 4 out of the 7 days the main outdoor pool was closed due to painting. We were not told about that and they said they couldn’t give us access to the other outdoor pool onsite. After our check-out I got an email saying they were charging us for a chip in the blade of the ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. Which we DID NOT do. They were not willing giving give us any money back for the dirty condo or the pool being closed most of our trip.

This property is awesome. We had plenty of space for everyone and this place is beautiful with a view of the ocean in all the bedrooms. We heave no complaints! I would defiantly stay here again!

Great vacation

When we walked in the door we automatically felt at home. The condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked. First time we walked out of the condo at night my little one was so super excited that he could see the Ferris wheel :) we will definitely be back!!

Felt Like Home away from Home

Quaint; serene; tranquil; fresh clean air; stunning atmosphere!! Super clean unit furnished perfectly with the beach theme; very comfortable beds with loads of kitchen appliances. We really hated to leave! Communication with the property manager office was always done with the customer's satisfaction in mind; so pleasant to experience this wonderful support nowadays. Thank you for making our Christmas family vacation one of the most memorable ones to date!!

Good location, as expected from the listing. Beds, kitchen, bathrooms were all clean. Sheets were clean. Furniture could use some dusting and the floor was gritty. No vacuum available, only a broom and dustpan.

Beautiful condo and perfect view.

The condo was clean and perfect for my family. Unfortunately the walls are not sound proof. A group of young college kids stayed above and below us. There was no one to even call and complain to. They stayed up all night yelling, partying and smoking marijuana. The smell came into my condo and we could not even enjoy the deck because of the smell and how loud they were. That ruined the trip for my family as it was hard to sleep and relax.

Beautiful View and Clean

A beautiful view of the beach from the balcony and living room. The condo itself was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Definitely plan to supply your own toilet paper, paper towels and soap as outlined in the rental details. Plenty of restaurants and local activities within a convenient drive. Parking garage is definitely tight and full every night. Additional parking can be found in the garage on the corner, just a short walk away. Security patroled the garages and were helpful. The only problem we ran into were late night parties by the neighbors. Loud music and yelling a few nights of our stay that lasted into the early morning hours. Overall we very much enjoyed the location, views and cleanliness of the rental. Would definitely recommend.

I had no idea I had to supply my own toilet paper,paper towels. This was my 2nd condo in the same area. The first everything was provided. I added to it when I left for the next people. I was afraid to this time. I was afraid it would get thrown away. This condo was full of sand. I had to sweep and vacuum when I got there while other family members ran out after a 9 hr drive for toilet paper and paper towels.

Condo was beautiful amenities where unavailable

I rented this co do for the amenities. My daughter turned 13 on November 1. The indoor pool was being resurfaces and the hot tubs were both out of order. When I inquired about using other indoor pools in the other buildings I was told.no. I feel I should have been told there was going to be a problem so could have found a different location for my daughters surprise. Will not stay here ever again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental itself was updated, and clean. We had to make our own beds because of covid which was understandable that all linens were wrapped for safety reasons. When we unwrapped two sets of sheets they both had hairs on them. Long wavy red hairs. Also did not like that we were not permitted to use the River City cafe pool and lazy river since we booked with Home Away. We were told that was not part of our package. Luckily the weather was nice and we weren’t worried about the pools since we were there for the beach. Do not have an opinion on the property management since we did not see them the entire time we were there. Only major complaint was there were lots of people on the beach and around our rooms smoking pot on their balconies. So heavily some times we could not sit out in our balcony. Was there with small children so we did not appreciate that.

Spring Break 2021 Getaway

While the property itself was EXACTLY as advertised (and had all of the listed ancillary items & more), the overall Sand Dunes Resort was a bit underwhelming and, frankly, was dirty and poorly maintained. There is nothing that could been done to change the emergency water shut-off done midday on one occasion or the late-night false fire alarm that abruptly had us going down 18 flights of stairs for nothing...but we WERE a little surprised/disappointed by the indoor pool situation. Not only was it the smallest indoor pool any of us had every seen (8-10 people had it FILLED), but the chlorine levels were so high/poorly ventilated that it stung our eyes before we ever entered the pool area. Needless to say, we did not use this amenity at all. Again, it's understood that this property is completely separate of the Sand Dunes Resort itself, but I feel like it's worth complaining to someone/some place about the overall noise levels, marijuana fumes surprising our families at times while on-property and the filthy common areas. If I knew someone were visiting this property, I'd advise them NOT to use parking deck either as it is a tight fit with not-so-great/small mirrors at corners and people not accounting for the size of their oversized vehicle/truck. By re-reading this feedback, it'd be misleading to think we had an awful time...which is not true. Rather, I'm using this platform to voice concerns that we had in the hopes of helping folks like us (with admittedly higher standards).

Do not stay in any unit by this property manager

I cannot honestly review this specific unit but I will review Ocean Breeze management company. Our unit was uninhabitable after it flooded. I had to decide within 1 hour whether I wanted to change units or cancel. At that moment I was at work and unable to really review the info that was presented. Since this info was presented 72 hours prior to our arrival, it was not realistic to find a new unit in the same budget. Based on the photos sent to me, it was my understanding that the bedrooms were the same as the original booking minus one bed - especially since I was told numerous times that it was an equivalent unit. These units were in no way equivalent in quality - which was expressed numerous times. Photos can be provided. It was discussed that I was traveling with 8 people - that I needed beds for all and that even the table didn’t have enough seats. Upon arrival it was found that the only thing equivalent was the number of bedrooms. The replacement unit has twin size beds vs full. Since I have four children, this is unacceptable to me. I don’t book units with pull out sofas intentionally. The original unit’s outdoor pool is at least double the size of the replacement. The indoor pool at the replacement is closed for renovations. One of the elevators at the replacement unit has been closed for renovations for 6 months; the other broken on arrival. I was told that I would not be provided a refund of any amount for the replacement unit because it was actually more expensive and in a better location. What about this location is better? There are no businesses around it. There are fewer restaurants within the building. There are fewer amenities. The beach is located across the street from the replacement unit vs directly outside the original. The original unit has amenities on the beach. Lastly, the replacement unit actually rents for less than the original when compared at the same time for rental of the same week (ex: October 10-14, 20% cheaper. The disrespect from customer service was also a problem. Telling me over and over again that there is nothing they can do, without bothering to try any alternative would make anyone irate. But then to be hung up on and my number blocked was over the top. Upon arrival the only remaining elevator was broken. I was told that if my handicapped mom couldn’t make it up the stairs she could sleep in her car. Customer service wins repeat customers. You have done the opposite.

The balcony ocean view was perfect to see the sunrise!! Everything was clean and the condo was well furnished!! The pools (indoor and outdoor) were both clean and entertaining for my grandson!! The only downside was that we didn’t have access to the water park that is on the property, it was advertised on the site and showed in the pictures so we were under the assumption that it was available for us as well as for the resort!

Great long weekend getaway

We celebrated my son's 16th birthday and Easter Weekend. The condo is decorated just as listed. The condo is clean and has plenty of space. The view from the condo is beautiful. The only cons: parking and the wash clothes seemed over used. They need a refresh on newer towels and bath clothes. I would definitely recommend and stay again.The beach was clean and relaxing. It was not overcrowded. The location is convenient and walkable to restaurants and stores.

Would do it again!

We treated ourselves to a weeklong stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the location, the apartment. It was a home away from home with nice views of the ocean. I highly recommend!
