We are located within a short walk of a lovely, sandy beach, and near by the beautiful Cape Greco National Park, with lush forest and dramatic caves. GROUND FLOOR

The open plan living and dining room has patio doors leading to the terrace. A well-equipped kitchen leads into the dining room and provides everything you require for a self-catering holiday.

FIRST FLOOR

The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms on the 1st floor have the added access of a private balcony. The main bedroom has the pool view balcony.

HOUSE RULES:

Air conditioning must be turned off when the villa/apartment or any rooms are unoccupied to avoid extra charges being incurred. The units are very effective and can reduce the temperature to the required level within minutes.

Don't switch on the units with windows or doors open.

All Air Conditioning Units: to get the best performance to put at 26 degrees on cold mode (lower degrees damage the unit).

Winter time:

Wear thick gym outfit with thick socks during the day & night in the apartment/villa.
Air Conditioning Units to put on heat mode.

CHECK OUT: to close/to lock windows, doors, switch off all the air-conditioning units, all the lights inside/outside, to put the house key back into the key box outside of the premises and take all the rubbish with you.

Long Stay - all the utilities like Electricity, Water, WIFI, TV Box & Pool maintenance are on the guests.

Short Stay, from November to March - all the utilities like Electricity, Water, WIFI, TV Box & Pool maintenance are on the guests.

If you will damage or stain something during your stay, please inform me and the damages cost will be on you.

We kindly ask you to not put anything down the toilet (toilet paper, nappies, baby wipes, cotton buds etc etc etc), only into the bin all the time.
