Set in a prime seafront location close to Alykes Village, this is the perfect holiday home for the beach lovers, friends, families & loved ones with a difference. With home-from-home comforts, the iconic home combines elegance and unique touches to ensure a stay less ordinary in its two available bedrooms. Hideaway in style with every conceivable comfort at your fingertips, the iconic Villa offers impeccable design, featuring two sublime bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & an open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are captivating also, hanging above the sea, featuring a 40m2 Private Sea Water Pool with hydromassage features (that can be heated with an additional fee), a bespoke iconic Dining area, with BBQ (Electric) making this villa a one-of-a-kind for unique gatherings.

*Important note : The villa is part of a complex where one more villa is located. Esthesis Beachfront Villa II, is 2nd in line (located in an upper level also featuring direct sea views. Each Villa features their own entrance & private pool & outdoor settings.

External Living | Private Pool & Beach Access
This captivating villa lays in 150m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 40m² private sea water swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, can be heated with an extra fee), also boasting hydromassage features, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area or lounge with a Gin Tonic in hand at the outdoor fire pit lounges. The Living Room & Kitchen area have access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2 cars outside of the villa premises. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summer living and an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa features access to the beach.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With enviable views to the pool & sea, the quintessential living experience radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Minimalistic design marks every corner of this holiday home gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with premium bed comfort, design and amenities. This captivating Residence boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 140m² indoor space. For those who wish to travel together with loved ones, but also have moments of privacy & seclusion, this home is the perfect choice. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts two bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with couch & a fully equipped kitchen. An additional bathroom lays at the level of the living room. With direct access to the iconic pool from the living room area, the iconic villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds. The maximum capacity of this villa is 4 guests. Kindly note, that the two bedrooms are located a level higher than the pool & living room. 


Lower Level - Living Room & Kitchen
Living Room featuring iconic design & 65’ Smart TV, Fully Equipped Kitchen with direct access to the pool & outdoor dining areas • An additional share bathroom, featuring a walk in shower is also located next to the Living Room. Stairs leading to the Upper Level Bedrooms and an elevator is also available.

Upper Level - Beds&Baths
Two Premium SeaView Twin Bedrooms feature 2 x single beds (0.90x2.00) & en suite bathrooms with walk in shower & direct access to a terrace • All bedrooms feature smart 43’ TVs.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every 3 days • Pool and garden cleaning every two days • Baby cot, High chair, Baby Bath &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space outside the Villa’s premises for up to two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.
