The apartment "Il Mare e La Spiaggia" is a nice two-room apartment located in a small residence at about 200 meters from the beach, in Bagnaia, a little village overlooking Portoferraio bay, on the north side of the island. From the beach of Bagnaia you can enjoy a picturesque panorama of Portoferraio, of the lighthouse on the small Scoglietto Island and beautiful sunsets. Bagnaia beach is made of small pebbles smoothed by the sea and fine sand; it is ideal for those who prefer to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the nearby towns of Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Portoferraio in just a few minutes by car. The beach is equipped sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats and motor boats rentals; sailing school, diving center; playground for children; downtown Bagnaia you can enjoy local specialties at numerous restaurants and pizza places; minimarket, newsstand; pharmacy; there is also an outdoor market every Sunday morning during the summer months.
The apartment is a comfortable two-room apartment for 2/4 pax on the first floor, with access from an external staircase. It consists of living room with comfortable double bed and kitchenette (complete with four gas burners and large refrigerator), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has TV, air conditioning and wi-fi. The furniture is new and functional. The parking space inside the property is based on availability.

Arrival: 4.00 -7:30 pm. Departure: by 9:00 a.m. Utilities: Wi-Fi, electricity, water, gas etc. included. Final cleaning: € 95,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival).
