Located on Rua de Miguel Bombarda, in the heart of Porto, you will be in one of the city's main cultural and artistic hubs. Lovingly known as the "Street of Galleries," this street stands out for its vibrant art scene, full of contemporary art galleries, design shops, cafés, and creative spaces that attract both locals and tourists. The most convenient public transportation option is the bus. The bus lines connect the street to various parts of the city, including residential areas and other tourist attractions. Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

You will have access to an extensive network of public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property whenever requested for the purpose of conducting inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

In case you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon consultation.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package costs set at €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess cost will be paid by the guest.

We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to ask (please consult us for the price).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (please consult us for prices).

We're always available for our guests!
