Outside there are two patios with garden furniture, and the garden Annex features it's own bistro table and chairs to take in the morning sun. The front garden has a small fence and gate separating the driveway from the front gardens. Butt End has a large driveway with parking for 4 vehicles.


Please note: The property features an attic floor which iis out of bounds for guests and used as an owner store. The neighbouring property owner is a bee keeper so you will hear the bees busy at work in the front part of the garden, you may well see them but they should not disturb you.
